Chapter 6 Lin Xiaoxiao: Born for Revolution

It's normal for people to have physical contact when sitting together on a train.

The woman wanted to report the situation to the train conductor, but the burly man, who had a child with him, had every excuse he could come up with, and the matter was easily overlooked.

For convenience, Lin Xiaoxiao carried a military green shoulder bag.

There was no need to carry luggage back and forth. After the woman went to her seat, she plopped down and squeezed closer to the burly man.

"Move over a bit, if you have too many bottoms to sit on, I can hold the baby for you."

He put the child on the seat; no wonder there was no room for him to sit down.

The burly man was surprised that this skinny little black girl was so strong; she easily pushed him past.

There was no other way but to pick up the child, blanket and all.

Time passed quickly, and Lin Xiaoxiao did not leave her seat until the next day.

The burly man, who had been sitting for a day and a night, couldn't take it anymore; his bladder was about to burst.

"Make way." The child dropped off his seat and hurriedly ran to the toilet.

The woman opposite Lin Xiaoxiao muttered, "This child can sleep quite a bit; she hasn't woken up since she got on the bus yesterday."

Using her handbag as cover, Lin Xiaoxiao took out a small dumpling from her spatial storage and crushed it.

A pungent smell immediately filled the air, but it dissipated in a short while.

After the burly man finished using the toilet and came out, he returned to the carriage.

Lin Xiaoxiao held a lovely baby and smiled at him, then got up to let him in.

She said, "Your child is awake and insists on being held by me. I think he's hungry."

"Little one, your dad is back. Go ask him for some food."

Xiao Bao hugged Lin Xiaoxiao's neck tightly, glanced at the burly man, and burst into tears, crying his heart out.

The burly man reached out and touched him, but he struggled desperately, twisting his body violently, refusing to be touched.

As they approached their destination, the burly man grew anxious.

They planned to take the child away.

"Bad, bad, no, don't." The two-year-old cried and uttered these words.

Despite her extreme resistance, many people still figured out what was going on.

"If the child doesn't want to, don't force them."

"You, as a father, why aren't your children close to you?"

"Such a well-behaved little baby, she doesn't look much like you."

The crowd's talk got more and more outrageous, just then the train announced that Tongcheng Station had arrived, the train slowed down, and the doors opened immediately.

The burly man exchanged a glance with some people in the carriage.

Those people slowly approached Lin Xiaoxiao.

The burly man also said, "Give me the child, I'm getting off the bus."

The sound of something cutting through the air came from behind, and Lin Xiaoxiao nimbly dodged the hand strike.

Seeing the men approaching, he exclaimed, "Hey, aren't these the brothers who were calling me 'brother' just yesterday? What's up? Changed careers to become human traffickers?"

The men's expressions changed. "Stop talking nonsense and hand over the child."

The train came to a complete stop, and the doors opened.

The burly man shouted, "Make your move!"

Six or seven burly men attacked Lin Xiaoxiao at the same time, their objective being the child she was holding.

The people in the carriage saw that the human trafficker was holding a knife, and they were so frightened that some ran away and others hid, and no one dared to go up and help.

Lin Xiaoxiao dared not put the baby down, for who knew if there were other human traffickers in the carriage.

Holding a baby in one arm and fighting with the other.

"puff!"

"This brat is really strong, something's not right."

The burly man took a punch from her and spat out a mouthful of blood.

"All you human traffickers, go to hell!" Lin Xiaoxiao said with ease, her fists slamming into people with a loud thud.

A man drew his knife and slashed at her.

Lin Xiaoxiao swept her leg, tripping the person and stepping on the hand holding the knife.

With a creaking sound, accompanied by a man's piercing scream.

The man's hand was crushed underfoot, a bloody mess that sent chills down one's spine.

When the train police arrived after receiving a report, the fight was already over.

Lin Xiaoxiao, like a victorious rooster, tilted her chin up, held the child, and stepped on the strong man's back, occasionally crushing him.

The burly man's face was deathly pale, and he was spitting out blood and foam from his mouth, looking like he was about to die.

Railway police officer: "......"

They walked over and rescued the human trafficker from under Lin Xiaoxiao's feet, then escorted him to the Tongcheng Public Security Bureau.

"Comrade, we'll have to trouble you to come with us again," the train police officer said to Lin Xiaoxiao.

“I know how to take a statement,” Lin Xiao said. “Let’s go.”

The other passengers in the carriage looked at Lin Xiaoxiao, seemingly wanting to say something but holding back.

"Young comrade, I'm sorry, we..."

They felt guilty for not helping when things were dangerous.

Lin Xiaoxiao didn't think there was any problem. "It's human nature to seek advantage and avoid harm. Oh, it's no big deal. Even if there were twenty more of these little bastards, I would still take them down without hesitation."

"I won't be able to travel with you all for the rest of the journey, but I believe that we will always be comrades on the road of revolution."

The crowd applauded.

"Goodbye, little comrade."

Goodbye, goodbye.

The train police officer just watched as Lin Xiaoxiao shook hands with everyone and said goodbye, acting like a big leader.

"This little guy is something else," one of the train police officers remarked.

He was born to lead a revolution.

The director of Tongcheng Public Security Bureau has been restless ever since he received the phone call from his former superior yesterday.

Police officers from local police stations who had no cases on hand were sent to stake out train stations, bus stations, and ferry terminals.

In one night, quite a few human traffickers were arrested, but the old commander's great-grandson was still not found.
