I told them to keep an eye on Jin Ye, and then I followed his instructions.
They took out the black cat's heart and used its blood to carefully draw a Bagua diagram on Luo Tianhe's forehead.
After finishing the Bagua diagram, I gently placed the black cat's heart on Luo Tianhe's chest.
At this point, Grandpa Jin instructed me again: "Pour the remaining mugwort juice into his mouth, one small spoonful at a time, and feed him slowly."
I picked up a spoon, scooped up some mugwort juice, and slowly fed it into Luo Tianhe's mouth.
After feeding him, Master Jin told me to lay Luo Tianhe flat on the ground and place seven pebbles around him.
"Damn, this thing has pretty many requirements!"
Seeing that Master Jin was pulling all these tricks, Big Bear picked up his stick and was about to hit him again.
I suspect he's become addicted to it.
"Don't attack anyone else, I'm doing this to save your boss!"
After the swallows brought the pebbles, I arranged them in the shape of the Big Dipper.
When placing the stones, one of them was slightly off-center. Master Jin quickly shouted, "The position is wrong. That stone needs to be moved a little to the left. The shape of the Big Dipper must be precise, otherwise it cannot gather spiritual energy."
I quickly adjusted the position of the stone, secretly relieved that Master Jin was there to guide me.
Although she was wary of him, she had no choice but to rely on him at this moment.
Once everything was ready, Master Jin asked me to light three incense sticks.
They said it was a life-extending incense and told me to stick it in front of Luo Tianhe's head.
As wisps of smoke rose, a strange fragrance filled the room.
Jin closed his eyes and muttered to himself, "I hope this method works, otherwise..."
I interrupted him: "If anything happens to Brother Luo, you won't live either!"
As time passed, Luo Tianhe's face gradually regained some color.
Yanzi kept her eyes glued to her phone screen, not daring to blink even once, afraid of missing a single second.
After an unknown amount of time, Yanzi suddenly shouted, "Two hours have passed!"
Upon hearing this, we all turned to look at Luo Tianhe.
He lay quietly on the ground, showing no signs of waking up except for a gradual return of color to his face.
Big Bear could no longer contain his anger. He rushed to Master Jin, stretched out his large, fan-like hand, grabbed Master Jin's hair, and forcefully pulled his head back.
Jinye cried out in pain, his face filled with terror.
"Old man, are you playing us? If my boss doesn't wake up, I'll bury you alive today!"
As he spoke, he raised his other hand, his clenched fist waving in the air as if he were about to smash it down.
Jin was so frightened that he trembled all over and shouted in a trembling voice, "Wait, wait! This treatment takes time, we can't rush it!"
Despite our deep doubts, we have no choice but to continue waiting.
Some time passed, and Luo Tianhe remained silent.
The rat had long lost his patience. Seeing that Luo Tianhe was still not awake, he angrily kicked Master Jin hard.
Jin was kicked so hard that he fell backward and crashed to the ground.
"Damn it, this old man is definitely not honest. If the boss doesn't wake up, I'll make him pay with his life!"
As he spoke, the mouse grabbed a cup from the table and smashed it hard on the ground.
With a "bang," the cup shattered into pieces instantly.
The mouse bent down, picked up a sharp shard, strode over to Master Jin, and pressed the shard against Master Jin's throat, its eyes flashing with a fierce light.
Just as the rat was about to make the fatal cut, Jin Ye suddenly shouted at the top of his lungs, "He's awake! He's awake!"
Upon hearing this, we turned around as if struck by lightning.
Luo Tianhe slowly raised his hand, rubbed his head, let out a weak groan, and then slowly sat up from the ground.
We immediately surrounded them.
"Brother Luo, you're finally awake!"
Yanzi jumped up excitedly beside her, covering her mouth with her hands, her eyes glistening with tears.
Big Bear patted Luo Tianhe's shoulder hard and said, "Boss, you're finally awake! We were so worried about you!"
Luo Tianhe rubbed his head, still a little dazed.
When his gaze fell on the disheveled Jin Ye, his eyes instantly turned bloodshot.
He suddenly stood up, rushed over, and kicked Jin Ye.
"Damn it, you tried to ambush me, I'll kill you!"
Jin was screaming in pain.
I didn't stop him; it's good to let Luo Tianhe teach this old man a lesson.
Luo Tianhe, exhausted from the beating, panted heavily and said to Da Xiong, "Push this old man and the chair up."
He paused, then continued, "You all go out first. Old Chen and I have something to ask him."
Da Xiong and the others nodded, turned around and walked out of the room.
With the door closed, only the three of us—me, Luo Tianhe, and Master Jin—were left in the room.
I know that Luo Tianhe is about to start asking those important questions.
"Tell me, what were you planning to do by lying to us about going to Sanjiapo?"
Luo Tianhe squatted down in front of Master Jin, toying with a short knife in his hand.
His fingers deftly twirled the dagger, the exquisite blade seeming to come alive in his hands, dancing up and down; it was clear at a glance that he was a master swordsman.
Jin Ye stared intently at the short knife flying in Luo Tianhe's hand, swallowed hard, and made a "gurgling" sound in his throat.
“I… I just want you to go find Wu Zhiguo. Haven’t you been investigating him? Once you get to Sanjiapo, everything will be clear.”
