Chapter 96 Luo Tianhe's Accident

Contact lenses?

I stared into Jin Ye's eyes and noticed that they were clear and bright.

"Stop looking, I already said I'm just trying to make a living, I'm forced to by life!" Jin Ye was a little afraid to look me in the eye.

Fuck your mother.

I knew it! He's blind, but he sees things more clearly than any of us. He's been pretending to be blind all along.

Before I could even start cursing, a deep roar came from the side.

The situation was critical, so I grabbed Jinye's arm and dragged him into the nearby flowerbed.

The flowerbed is filled with lush greenery, with branches and flowers intertwined to form a natural barrier.

We lay on the ground, our bodies pressed tightly against the earth, trying to curl ourselves into a small ball.

Just as we had hidden ourselves, the enormous body of the Tomb Demon appeared like a ghost in the spot where we had just been standing.

To avoid making a sound, we kept our voices down, even our breathing became extremely faint, and quietly watched the tomb-accompanying demon roam freely in front of us.

As I watched the tomb-accompanying goblin turn its head back and forth, sniffing the surrounding air as if trying to catch any trace of our scent, my unease grew stronger.

I feel like something's not right, but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Time passed second by second, each second seemingly stretched out infinitely.

Perhaps unable to find us, the tomb demon slowly walked forward.

The enormous body walked on the ground without making a sound.

Just when I thought the tomb-accompanying goblin was about to leave and I breathed a sigh of relief, it suddenly stopped.

Then, it slowly, extremely slowly, turned its head, its eyes, emitting a ghostly green light, staring straight in our direction.

What happened?

Aren't we all leaving already?

"roar!"

The tomb demon opened its mouth wide and let out a deafening roar towards us.

Oh no, we've been discovered!

"Run!"

I gave Jin Ye a hard tug.

As I stood up, I caught a glimpse of a faint light flickering in the darkness from the corner of my eye in Jin Ye's pocket.

It's a cell phone!

"Mr. Jin, your phone's flashlight is on, quickly throw the phone away..."

Before he could finish speaking, a foul stench wafted over him.

I instinctively swung the chainsaw.

With a "whoosh," the chainsaw teeth collided, producing a piercing friction sound.

The chainsaw got stuck on the shoulder of the gravedigger.

I tried to pull it out, but I couldn't.

"roar!"

The tomb-slaying demon roared again and slapped me on the head.

"careful!"

Jin Ye shouted and pulled out a handful of cinnabar from his pocket, throwing it forcefully at the tomb-accompanying demon.

The tomb-accompanying demon was struck by the cinnabar sprinkled by Master Jin, and let out a painful roar.

The massive body shuddered, and the chainsaw fell to the ground.

Then it pounced on me again in a frenzy.

No way, is this guy crazy? Why is he only looking for me?

Let's give it our all!

I rolled to the side, dodging the gravedigger's attack, and picked up the chainsaw, swinging it at its arm.

Just as he lifted the chainsaw, something struck the nerve in his arm, and his hand holding the chainsaw went limp instantly.

The chainsaw in his hand fell heavily to the ground with a loud thud.

It's that bastard hiding in the shadows again!

But at that moment I had no time to pay attention to the attackers lurking in the shadows.

As the grave-accompanying demon opened its mouthful of fangs and lunged at my neck, I raised my foot and kicked it in the belly, trying to push it away.

But as soon as I lifted my foot, a small stone hit me squarely in the throat.

Instantly, I felt a wave of dizziness, as if someone had struck my pressure points, and my whole body felt weak and powerless.

The tomb demon was so close, yet I was powerless to move.

Just as I closed my eyes in despair, ready to die, a desperate shout suddenly came from above.

Get out of the way!

My body was numb, and I couldn't dodge it at all; I could only turn my head as far as I could.

With a "whoosh!" sound.

The two sharp fangs of the tomb goblin grazed the hair near my ear and slammed heavily onto the ground.

It instantly pierced two holes in the ground.

If those teeth were to bite my neck, they could pierce right through me.

Just then, a figure descended from the sky like a shooting star and landed heavily on the shoulders of the tomb-slaying demon.

I looked closely and realized it was Luo Tianhe!

Luo Tianhe held the tomb-penetrating demon's head tightly with one hand, while frantically swinging his fists at the demon's head with the other.

Enraged by the sudden attack, the tomb-slaying demon twisted its body desperately, trying to throw Luo Tianhe off its back.

Unable to shake off Luo Tianhe, it went berserk and rammed into the wall beside it.

A loud "bang" was heard.

The body of the tomb-accompanying demon slammed violently against the wall, causing the plaster on the wall to fall off in a flurry.

Luo Tianhe groaned from the immense impact, a trickle of blood spilling from the corner of his mouth.

But he didn't dare let go, his hands still tightly holding onto the head of the tomb-slaying demon, refusing to loosen his grip.

"Stop fucking looking, buddy, I'm going to die!"

Luo Tianhe shouted at me with his last bit of strength.

I scrambled to my feet, grabbed the chainsaw from the ground, and swung it fiercely at the head of the tomb-accompanying demon.

"Waaah!"

Jin Ye's screams suddenly rang out behind me, but I didn't have time to look at him at that moment.

at the same time.

A gust of wind came from behind.

It was the person who ambushed us from the shadows.

Surprisingly, the force this time was much weaker than before, like being gently patted on the shoulder.
