Chapter 217 The Cunning Old Fox

Mouse, Swallow, and A-Biao and Big Bear reacted quickly.

Haozi and A Biao pounced on Jinye from the left and right, trying to stop him.

Jin Ye's eyes sharpened, and he dodged the rat's attack with a swift movement, while simultaneously raising his foot and kicking A Biao in the chest.

Ah Biao flew backward and crashed into the wall with a dull thud.

Seeing this, Yanzi rushed forward as well. Jinye sidestepped, grabbed Yanzi's arm, and with a gentle flick, Yanzi fell to the ground.

Not to be outdone, Big Bear roared and charged forward, swinging his fist at Master Jin.

Jin Ye remained calm, dodging to the side while simultaneously punching the bear in the stomach.

Big Bear groaned and squatted down, clutching his stomach.

This old guy seems to be even better at fighting than before; he took down four people in just a few moves.

"You surnamed Jin, today is your death day! We need to settle this score properly!"

Before he finished speaking, Luo Tianhe had already rushed forward, his right foot slamming off the ground, his body leaping high into the air, his left leg drawing a sharp arc in the air as he kicked hard towards Master Jin's chest.

Jin Ye reacted extremely quickly, his body swiftly shifting to one side, while simultaneously clenching his right fist. Using the force of his sideways movement, he launched himself towards Luo Tianhe's shoulder like a cannonball.

"You? You're just a greenhorn, yet you dare to be so insolent in front of me. You're simply overestimating yourself!"

Seeing this, Luo Tianhe didn't have time to retract his kick, so he could only quickly raise his left arm and use his forearm to block Jin Ye's punch.

With a muffled "bang," both of them shuddered slightly.

Luo Tianhe grunted, and taking advantage of the gap in Jin Ye's attack, he landed on his left foot and quickly followed up with his right foot, kicking Jin Ye in the abdomen.

Jin took a step back to dodge the kick, and couldn't help but taunt, "Is that all you've got? Looks like you're nothing special."

After several rounds, Luo Tianhe seized the opportunity, swept his leg and tripped Jin Ye to the ground, then straddled Jin Ye and held him down firmly with both hands.

Jin Ye lay on the ground, his face flushed red, his eyes wide like copper bells, but Luo Tianhe's suppressive power made him unable to move at all.

After a brief standoff, Jin Ye suddenly cried out "Ouch!" and his fierce expression instantly turned into a pitiful one.

"Boss Luo, Brother Luo, I was wrong, please forgive me! I was forced into this by that bastard Wu Zhiguo, I had no choice!"

Luo Tianhe snorted coldly and said sarcastically, "Jin, it's too late for you to play the victim now!"

As he spoke, he twisted Jin Ye's arm hard, making him howl in pain.

"Brother Luo, I really know I was wrong. You are a magnanimous person, please let me off the hook. I promise I will never dare to do it again."

I stood to the side, keeping a close eye on Master Jin.

I noticed that as he begged for mercy, a wisp of black smoke slowly emerged from his sleeve.

My heart skipped a beat, and I yelled at Luo Tianhe, "Brother Luo, watch out, he's up to no good!"

As soon as he finished speaking, the wisp of black energy instantly condensed into a hideous black ghost face, which rushed straight towards Luo Tianhe.

Luo Tianhe was completely focused on suppressing Master Jin and had no time to defend himself.

The black ghost face struck him squarely in the chest.

Luo Tianhe groaned, his body jolted violently, and he fell backward, unconscious.

Upon seeing this, Master Jin kicked Luo Tianhe aside and stood up.

"You're too green to fight me. If you hadn't ambushed me, how could you possibly have caught me?"

When I saw Luo Tianhe get hit, I cursed and rushed over.

The black mist seemed to possess a spirit; it suddenly turned towards me and lunged at my chest.

I felt a chill rush towards me and instinctively closed my eyes.

However, the expected pain did not occur.

I slowly opened my eyes and found that I was actually alright.

Jin Ye also looked at me with disbelief, his eyes wide open.

"You...how could this be, you..."

But at that moment, I didn't have time to think about anything else. I grabbed a vase from the table next to me and, while Jin Ye was still in a daze, smashed it hard on his head.

Jin groaned and passed out.

I rushed to Luo Tianhe's side and saw that his face was dark and his breathing was weak.

Big Bear and the others also gathered around, anxiously calling out, "Boss!"

"Brother Luo!"

Seeing this, Big Bear, with his fiery temper, grabbed a stool from the side and was about to smash it at Master Jin.

I quickly reached out to stop him: "Don't be impulsive. If you kill him, what will happen to Brother Luo? Tie him up first."

Upon hearing this, Big Bear and Mouse brought out the iron chains they had prepared beforehand and tied up Master Jin tightly.

The mouse even took off its own socks and stuffed them into Jinye's mouth to prevent him from waking up and making noise.

I walked up to Master Jin and slapped him across the face.

Jin Ye's eyelids twitched, and he slowly opened his eyes.

Upon seeing us, his eyes widened, and he began to struggle desperately, making "woo-woo" sounds.

I stepped forward and ripped the sock out of his mouth.

"What did you do to Luo Ge? Tell me!"

Jin was panting heavily, a hint of fear flashing in his eyes, but he still tried to remain calm: "You... how can you block that ghost face?"

I interrupted him impatiently: "You're asking me? Who am I supposed to ask?"

Before I could say anything more, Master Jin suddenly exclaimed, "Did you swallow a snake pill? Otherwise, how could you be alright?"

I didn't have time to pay attention to his guesses and slapped him across the face: "Stop talking nonsense to me, tell me, what exactly happened to Brother Luo?"
