The car door opened, and Haozi, dressed as a rich second-generation, got out of the car with a smug look on his face.
Yanzi linked arms with him, just like a real couple.
Big Bear and A Biao followed closely behind, their eyes scanning the surroundings warily, displaying the professionalism of bodyguards.
Upon seeing this, Luo Tianhe quickly took out a small and exquisite device from his pocket, placed it in front of him, and then skillfully connected it to the car screen.
I asked in confusion, "Brother Luo, what is this?"
Luo Tianhe stared at the screen, explaining as he operated the controls.
"This is a high-definition pinhole camera adapter. I had someone hide this thing on a rat so that we can clearly see what's going on inside the Rebirth Pavilion."
The screen lit up, and Jin Ye's figure appeared on the screen.
He was still the same as before, leisurely lying on the recliner with his eyes closed, slowly fanning himself with a fan, holding an old-fashioned radio in his arms, humming along to the opera tunes playing inside.
Seeing this, Luo Tianhe and I were so angry we gritted our teeth.
We went through countless life-or-death experiences at Sanjiapo, and were nearly killed by Wu Zhiguo's schemes in the Xuanpin Furnace. Now we are prematurely aged, while this old man is living a leisurely life here.
In the scene, Haozi clears his throat in front of Jinye.
"Master Jin, we've finally found you!"
Jin Ye had his eyes closed, lying on the dilapidated recliner like a statue.
Hearing the mouse's words, he slowly opened his eyes.
Luo Tianhe and I were staring intently at the screen in the car. When I saw Jin Ye's cataracts, I couldn't help but say something to Luo Tianhe.
"Brother Luo, look, this old guy is pretending to be blind again. He's a real actor."
Luo Tianhe didn't say anything, his eyes were wide open, and his fists were clenched so tightly that the veins bulged.
I reckon he would have rushed in already if it weren't for the plan.
Jin Ye casually glanced at the mouse and asked, "Where did you find out about me?"
Mouse immediately smiled obsequiously and said, "Master Jin, you are a legendary figure in this area! I've asked around, and whenever exorcism is mentioned, everyone unanimously recommends you, saying that you are highly skilled and there is nothing you can't handle."
"I was thinking that I absolutely had to invite you over, otherwise I wouldn't be able to live like this. My house has been terribly haunted by something evil lately. There are always strange noises at night, like someone crying, and there are dark shadows moving around. My girlfriend is so scared that she doesn't dare to sleep at night."
As he spoke, he slapped Yanzi's hand hard.
Swallow's eyes immediately reddened, and she trembled with fear.
A smug smile crept across Jin Ye's lips as he slowly asked, "Who did you consult?"
Mouse quickly put on a fawning smile, his wrinkles bunching up: "Hey, Mr. Jin, I've asked so many people, but they're either swindlers who take the money and run, or they're half-baked and their moves are useless."
"Later, I heard that you were amazing, Mr. Jin, so I brought my girlfriend here to ask you to come out of retirement. As long as you help me solve this problem, the reward will be absolutely generous!"
Jin sat up straight, idly waving the fan in his hand.
How much can you offer?
Mouse held up five fingers and waved them in the air: "Fifty thousand! Master Jin, this is just a deposit. If things go well, there will be a generous reward later. I will definitely make you satisfied."
Jin Ye's eyes lit up, but he quickly regained his feigned composure: "This matter is not simple, I need to see how things go first."

"But if you keep making excuses like this, I'm getting a little impatient. I'm giving you a lot of face by coming here in person today."

Jinye pondered for a while, his eyes, adorned with white contact lenses, scanning back and forth between Haozi, Yanzi, Daxiong, and A Biao.
Mouse was a little nervous, but he still tried to remain calm: "Master Jin, think about it, if you handle this matter for my family well, I will definitely promote you everywhere in the underworld, and your business will be even more prosperous?"
Finally, Mr. Jin nodded.
"Alright, seeing that you're sincere, I'll go with you."
After saying that, he picked up the faded cloth bag next to him, stood up, straightened his clothes, and followed Haozi and the others toward the door.
Seeing the Mercedes leave the Rebirth Pavilion, Luo Tianhe immediately started his car and followed closely behind.
