Chapter 160 Suqin really came back to life.

As Suqin sat up, the white cloth that had been covering her body slipped off the corpse.

A rotting, horrific face was exposed to everyone without any cover.

The skin had a nauseating bluish-black color.

Chunks of rotting flesh, like peeling paint on a wall, hung precariously on his face.

Her mouth was wide open, and a suffocating stench emanated from her dark, gaping mouth.

Her hair was also flying wildly in the wind.

But upon closer inspection, it wasn't hair at all.

They were clearly tiny snakes, densely packed and intertwined!

"I... Holy shit!"

Luo Tianhe's legs went weak, and he almost knelt on the ground.

However, the noise woke up the people who were playing cards.

The moment they saw Suqin, those usually burly, fearless men were terrified, screaming like frightened little girls.

"What...what the hell is this?!"

A blond-haired man was so frightened that his body trembled uncontrollably, and the playing cards in his hand fell to the ground, but he was completely unaware of it.

"Run!"

The other burly man turned pale and tried to run away.

But because he was too flustered, he tripped over the stool and fell flat on his face.

Suqin slowly stood up, and the small snakes snaked down her neck and arms.

Wherever it went, it left behind wet trails.

Each step was accompanied by a "creaking" sound, like bones rubbing against each other.

Hearing the noise, Suqin slowly turned her head, her empty eyes looking at the crowd who were terrified and in a state of panic.

Its mouth opened and closed, emitting a strange sound, like speaking, or like the low growl of some wild beast, which sounded particularly eerie in the silent night.

The small snakes seemed to be stimulated by something intense, writhing wildly, their tongues flicking in and out, making a hissing sound.

Even so, she just watched us quietly and showed no intention of attacking us.

But none of them had ever seen such a scene before, and they were so frightened that they all backed away.

A young man tripped over a stone and fell forward, instinctively trying to brace himself with his hands.

However, due to his panic, he scraped his palm and blood seeped out.

Ignoring the pain, he scrambled to escape, muttering repeatedly, "Help! It's a zombie! Help!"

"Don't panic!"

Seeing that Suqin had no intention of attacking, I quickly shouted at them, trying to calm everyone down.

"Stop right there!"

Luo Tianhe roared.

Upon hearing his roar, the people seemed to freeze in place, stopping in their tracks with trepidation, staring at Suqin in horror, their bodies trembling uncontrollably.

"Don't just stand there, everyone! Quickly find something to defend yourselves!"

As Luo Tianhe spoke, he hurriedly pulled out the machete that he had prepared beforehand.

Everyone followed suit.

In an instant, steel pipes and machetes were all brought out, and everyone formed a circle, watching Suqin warily, their breathing heavy and rapid.

"Old Chen, this...this is really a zombie, what do we do?"

Luo Tianhe completely lost his composure, his voice trembling with tears.

Like Su Mingyang, he was fearless in fights, but when faced with these evil spirits, he turned pale with fright.

Putting aside him, I was starting to panic too.

If I didn't have the [Earth Soul] like before, I might still be incredibly calm, and even dare to go up and slap her a few times.

But now, I'm scared, though I'm still rational.

She tried to remain calm and reassure him: "Calm down, Suqin doesn't seem to have any intention of attacking us, let's wait and see."

I tried to make my voice sound calm, but it still trembled slightly.

"Dude, should we burn it or not? I can't stay calm."

Luo Tianhe gestured towards the prepared gasoline can.

The gasoline can was less than two meters away; I could reach it in one quick step.

At this moment, Suqin was like a walking corpse, pacing back and forth incessantly.

"Don't move around, you mustn't scare her."

Luo Tianhe was almost in tears: "I scared her? It was her mother who scared me, brother!"

"Don't move, whatever you do, don't move. If you're scared, just close your eyes."

As soon as I finished speaking, Suqin suddenly walked towards me.

Luo Tianhe shuddered in fright and instinctively reached for the gasoline can, wanting to pour the gasoline on Suqin.

As soon as he reached out, I reacted quickly and pressed my hand firmly against his arm.

"Wait a bit longer, don't act impulsively!"

As Suqin approached step by step, my heart suddenly raced, as if it were about to leap out of my throat.

I could clearly feel the sweat constantly pouring out of my palms, and my back was already soaked with sweat.

Luo Tianhe was even more exhausted, his body trembling uncontrollably, and he clung limply to me.

"Big brother...she's here. If she doesn't get a fever soon, it will be too late."

"Wait a little longer, wait a little longer."

I'm betting that she won't hurt us.

As Suqin walked step by step in front of us, the sense of oppression intensified.

Luo Tianhe and I froze on the spot, not daring to breathe.

"Click-clack—"

"Click—"

I saw Suqin slowly bring her face closer and sniff me like a puppy.

A nauseating stench assaulted my senses.

It was the smell of rotting flesh and snakes mixed together, so strong that I almost suffocated.

I watched helplessly as pieces of rotting flesh fell from her face and landed at my feet.

My stomach was churning violently.

Even more terrifying, the little snake on her head seemed to have smelled something and became somewhat excited, its long body twisting and turning incessantly.
