Chapter 14 Master Jin

They didn't give the old man any face at all.

Su Mingyang's temper flared up instantly.

He rolled up his sleeves.

"Old man, we've apologized, and you've taken the things. You threw a sanitary napkin into my pocket to frame me before, and I haven't even settled the score with you yet. What else do you want?"

"What else do you want?"

The old man chuckled and suddenly kicked Su Mingyang in the groin.

"Of course I'll fuck you!"

"Wow!"

Su Mingyang's eyes widened instantly, his hands instinctively covered his groin, his body curled up like a shrimp, and his forehead was instantly covered with large beads of sweat.

Jin grabbed Su Mingyang's hair, raised his knee, and delivered a powerful knee strike to Su Mingyang's chest.

I was completely stunned as I watched from the side.

The old man was less than 1.6 meters tall, dark-skinned and thin, with arms like withered tree branches, yet he managed to take down Su Mingyang, who was two heads taller than him, in just a few moves.

When I came to my senses and grabbed a chair to make my move, Master Jin moved like lightning, and a bright yellow talisman appeared in his hand without me even noticing.

With a slight flick of Jin Ye's wrist, the talisman spontaneously combusted.

It happened in the blink of an eye.

Jin Ye darted forward and precisely pinched Su Mingyang's cheek.

Su Mingyang was forced to open his mouth in pain, and Jin Ye took the opportunity to stuff the burning yellow talisman directly into his mouth.

"All gods pay homage, and thunder is at your command!"

Jin Ye used the Seven Star Steps to circle around behind Su Mingyang.

He straightened his right index and middle fingers together, bent his ring and little fingers inward, pressed his thumb on top of his ring and little fingers, made a hand gesture, and slapped it down on the back of Su Mingyang's head.

In an instant, Su Mingyang suddenly let out a shrill scream.

The sound was sharp and piercing; upon closer listening, it was clearly a woman's mournful wail.

At the same time, a thick plume of black smoke billowed from Su Mingyang's wide-open mouth, carrying a putrid stench.

Jin Ye was prepared; a transparent glass had appeared in his left hand and was placed over Su Mingyang's wide-open mouth.

The black smoke seemed to possess a mind of its own, thrashing about in the cup but unable to escape.

Just as the last wisp of black smoke was drawn into the glass, Master Jin, with quick eyes and hands, firmly affixed a yellow talisman to the rim of the glass.

The moment the yellow talisman touched the rim of the cup, it seemed to be pulled by an invisible force, sticking tightly to it.

The eerie black smoke was completely sealed within this small, transparent cage.

"You got a great deal by giving me two packs of cigarettes to save his life!"

After Jin finished speaking, he lay back on the recliner, holding a radio in his left hand and a palm-leaf fan in his right, and began to sing along with the Peking Opera.

"Bao Longtu sits in Kaifeng Prefecture, respectfully addressing you as the Imperial Son-in-Law, listen carefully..."

A master!

He truly is a master!

"Ugh~"

Su Mingyang suddenly knelt on the ground and vomited a large amount of black water. His face turned deathly pale at a visible speed, and he became extremely weak.

I quickly went over and patted him on the back to help him catch his breath.

"He won't die, he'll get better after he starts vomiting," Jin Ye said calmly.

"Old man, what... what did you do to me... ugh." Su Mingyang, holding onto my arm, stood up unsteadily.

I was just about to explain to Su Mingyang when, unexpectedly, Boss Jin was prepared and simply tossed me a phone.

See for yourself!

The phone screen showed the scene of Jin Ye exorcising the evil spirit for Su Mingyang.

Is this old man really blind or just pretending?

You're so good at using your phone?

"I...you...this is...you..." Su Mingyang was so shocked that he could barely speak.

"Stop with the 'you' and 'me' stuff, it's just possession by a ghost, don't make a fuss!"

"Possessed by a ghost?" Su Mingyang shuddered.

Jin sneered, "Didn't you just play the hero in the public restroom and say I went in to peep? Have you forgotten already?"

Upon hearing this, Su Mingyang's face turned even paler: "That girl just now... wasn't human?"

Jin chuckled: "What's there to be afraid of? You don't have many days left to live anyway, so you won't be afraid when you die."

Su Mingyang swallowed hard: "You...you're not trying to scare me, I'm perfectly fine."

"Are you kidding me?"

Jin put down the radio in his hand, circled around Su Mingyang a few times, and stared straight at Su Mingyang's face with his white eyes.

"Your [Life Palace] is dark and dull, with faint blue veins visible; your [Travel Palace] has inexplicably collapsed, the skin is taut and has a bluish-black hue, exuding a sense of decay and death. This is a sign that a great calamity is about to befall you!"

Following Jin Ye's words, I carefully examined Su Mingyang's forehead and temples, and it seemed to be true.

The area between the eyebrows is called the "Yintang," where a faint dark aura surrounds the area.

My temples are also a little sunken, but it's not very noticeable.

"You...you're talking nonsense! I just haven't been sleeping well these past two days, I've been staying up all night. Besides, you're blind, how can you read faces!"

Su Mingyang was still being stubborn, but he was clearly lacking in confidence.

"You see with ordinary eyes, but I see with my heart. How can they be the same?"

Jin Ye was too lazy to argue, and waved his hand, saying, "You don't need to argue with me. Whether you are blessed or cursed has nothing to do with me. Don't come begging me for a way out when you hit a wall."

Su Mingyang's expression changed drastically: "Master Jin, help me!"

Master Jin sneered: "I won't save you!"

Su Mingyang's face turned red: "Don't you always say that saving a life is better than building a seven-story pagoda?"

Jin Ye spat, "That's what Buddhism says, what does it have to do with my Taoism? Our Taoism believes in sacrificing fellow Taoists rather than oneself. Life and death are predestined, and one must bear one's own fate. Besides, am I your father or your mother? Do you think I'll save you just because you tell me to?"
