Two days passed quickly. At eight o'clock in the morning, in a luxury apartment on Jessfield Road.
Hu Yunhe, the director of the Second Division, came out of his home, turned around and gave a few instructions to the two elderly servants in his house, then got into the car with his briefcase in hand, and the driver started the car and drove towards the intelligence headquarters.

The First Division is responsible for dealing with the Military Intelligence Bureau, the Second Division is responsible for dealing with the Central Bureau of Investigation and Statistics (Zhongtong) and the underground Communist Party, the Third Division is responsible for dealing with the Communist Party of China and the New Fourth Army, and the Fourth Division is responsible for handling various affairs in the foreign concessions, including turning the Green Gang against the Communists, etc.
Hu Yunhe's job was to deal with the Central Bureau of Investigation and Statistics (CBIS) and the underground Communist Party. However, the CBIS intelligence organizations in Central and Eastern China had long been wiped out and disappeared. The underground Communist Party was tightly organized, and even the 76th Bureau had difficulty finding their whereabouts. Therefore, Hu Yunhe, the director of the Second Division, had always been relatively idle.
