Ning Zhiheng gestured for Liu Datong to sit opposite him and personally poured him a cup of hot tea. Liu Datong was flattered and was about to get up when Ning Zhiheng waved him off.

Liu Datong took the document bag, opened it, and saw another sketch portrait. He knew that this was the work of Commander Ning again. He was truly impressed.
