Chapter 103: Sister, can’t bear to leave me?

Chapter 103: Sister, can’t bear to leave me?

When everything was over, Wen Nian lay on the bed, his breathing gradually calming down.

Jiang Tingwan stood up, walked to the bathroom, turned on the faucet, rubbed her sore wrists, and washed her hands slowly.

In the mirror, her lips were redder than usual, but her eyes were filled with helplessness.

She was really crazy... She was actually doing this to him in a room where someone had just died...

Wen Nian came over, hugged her from behind, put his chin on her shoulder, and said lazily: "Sister, you are really good at it."

Jiang Tingwan shook off his hand and said coldly: "Get out."

Wen Nian raised an eyebrow, but instead of leaving, he moved closer and lifted a strand of her hair with his fingertips: "Throw it away after use? Sister is really heartless."

Who is using whom?

Jiang Tingwan turned around, grabbed his collar, and pressed him against the wall: "If you dare to tell anyone about what happened tonight—"

"I'm doomed?" Wen Nian replied, laughing heartlessly, "Don't worry, sister, I'm very tight-lipped."

Jiang Tingwan glanced at him, let go of him, turned and walked out of the bathroom.

Wen Nian followed her and said, "The surveillance has been interfered with. Let's go to another room tonight, sister."

The carpet was stained with blood, and he wanted to send someone to clean it up.

"What a great skill! You are in control of this ship." Jiang Tingwan glanced at him. He was not invited tonight, but he showed up here in a dignified manner. He did the same thing at the horse farm and the club before.

"Then doesn't your sister need my help?" Wen Nian said with a smile, as if he didn't understand what she said, and still looked well-behaved.

Jiang Tingwan was too lazy to pay attention to him and just said, "Mind your own business."

Wen Nian smiled and said nothing more.

As soon as the two walked out of the room, they ran into Song Zhi head-on.

He was about to enter the room, but stopped when he saw this.

The lights in the corridor were dim, and the suddenly stagnant atmosphere between the three people seemed to make even the air thinner.

Song Zhi's gaze wandered between Wen Nian and Jiang Tingwan, finally settling on her slightly messy hair and red lips.

"What did you do to her?" Song Zhi narrowed his eyes, his voice dangerously low. He took a step forward and grabbed Jiang Tingwan's wrist.

Jiang Tingwan's wrist was still aching from what happened just now, so she subconsciously shook off his touch. Song Zhi was startled.

Wen Nian took it all in, and a provocative smile appeared on the corner of his lips: "Mr. Song, my sister doesn't seem to like you touching her very much."

The two people looked at each other, one with a smile on his face but a hidden sharpness, the other with a mysterious look, and the atmosphere instantly dropped to freezing point.

Jiang Tingwan was too lazy to explain, and didn't want to get entangled with Song Zhi at this time.

It was okay that he misunderstood, as she hadn't figured out how to settle accounts with him for his cross-border behavior tonight.

"Don't waste your time here. Let's go."

She glanced at Song Zhi indifferently, then turned and left.

Wen Nian raised his eyebrows proudly at Song Zhi, followed Jiang Tingwan's footsteps, and left Song Zhi standing there alone with gloomy eyes.

Sure enough, she rejected him so decisively because there was someone else around her...

Wen Nian took Jiang Tingwan into another room, but did not follow her in. He just leaned against the door and said lazily, "Sister, have a good rest."

Jiang Tingwan ignored him, put down her things and went to the bathroom to wash up.

The hot water washed over her fingers, but she still felt a certain touch on her fingertips, and she couldn't help but frown.

Although she had a high ability to accept things, the fact that someone died silently in the room still made her feel uneasy.

Wen Nian saved a life with just a few words, as casually as if he had just crushed an ant.

Who is he?

She was too lazy to explore his identity, but now she felt it was necessary to check it out.

Jiang Tingwan lay on the bed and looked sideways towards the balcony.

The inky satin-like sea surface was surging with silver scales. The moonlight was like thousands of tiny stars scattered on it, flickering with the rise and fall of the waves. The mist wove a hazy veil for the sea and the sky, and the sound of the waves, accompanied by the damp wind, blew the moonlight into flowing lines of poetry in this endless blue.

After an unknown amount of time, Jiang Tingwan gradually began to feel sleepy.

Half asleep and half awake, she felt a warm hand around her waist.

Even though she had almost fallen asleep, she woke up instantly, pulled out the folding knife that Wen Nian had given her from under the pillow, and put it against the neck of the person behind her.

A low laugh came from the darkness: "Sister, it's me."

It's a warm year.

Jiang Tingwan breathed a sigh of relief, a little speechless, but the knife edge did not loosen: "Why are you crazy in the middle of the night?"

Wen Nian was not nervous at all when facing the coldness on his neck. He even put one hand behind his head leisurely and said slowly, "I missed my sister and came to see her."

"Stop talking nonsense. Since you are here again, tell me," Jiang Tingwan said coldly, "Why are you on the boat?"

The moonlight shone through the gauze curtains, and both people could only vaguely see each other's outlines.

Wen Nian turned his head and raised the corner of his lips slightly: "Sister, do you care about me a lot?"

This man was still teasing her even with a knife at his neck. Jiang Tingwan sighed in his heart.

"It's okay if he shows up out of nowhere once or twice," she said, approaching with the blade, "Who wouldn't mind if it keeps happening?"

Wen Nian laughed softly, but moved closer to the blade: "If I don't tell you, will my sister kill me?"

Seeing that the blade was about to cut his skin, Jiang Tingwan had to pull the knife back a little. This man was unmoved.

Wen Nian smiled triumphantly: "Sister, are you reluctant to leave me?"

"Get lost." Jiang Tingwan rolled her eyes and dropped the knife.

She raised her foot and tried to kick him off the bed, but he grabbed her ankle.

His thumb gently rubbed the sole of her foot. Jiang Tingwan trembled all over and tried to pull her legs back angrily, but he pulled her hard and she slid in front of him.

"Wennian!" She gritted her teeth and put her hands on his shoulders.

The two were very close to each other.

Jiang Tingwan was only wearing a silk nightgown, the hem of which had slipped down to her thighs, exposing her skin to the slightly cool air. Wen Nian's hand was still holding her calf, the temperature of his palm was burning, and the itchiness under her feet became more and more intense.

"Are you still touching me?" Her ears felt hot and she pushed him hard.

Wen Nian then let go of her hand and hugged her in his arms, resting his chin on her shoulder: "Sister, you are not safe alone, I will accompany you."

His breath sprayed on her ears, with a hint of coquettishness, but it made Jiang Tingwan even angrier.

"Besides," he ruffled her hair, "this was originally my room. Do you want to go back?"

He paused, and said innocently, "I think I saw Mr. Ou just now."

Jiang Tingwan finally understood that this man had set a trap for her from the very beginning and deliberately brought her to this room.

"Then you can sleep on the sofa." She said coldly, "You are very good to me, right? You can't be so incapable of doing this."

Wen Nian played with the ends of her hair and replied lazily, "Okay, I'll listen to you in everything."

He agreed so readily that Jiang Tingwan was stunned for a moment.

Wen Nian had already stood up, holding the pillow and walking towards the sofa. In the moonlight, his back was slender, and the outline of the bandage was faintly visible under his shirt.

After all, it was because of her injury. Jiang Tingwan pursed her lips, said nothing more, and lay back on the bed.
