Chapter 20 The Emancipated Serfs Sing

"What do you plan to do?" Old Xia asked after sighing.

"Let's see how things go. What do you think those who have been oppressed for so long will do if the armed forces in the park are paralyzed?"

"The liberated serfs sing!"

Jiang Wanwan said in surprise, "Master, you actually know this saying?"

Old Xia replied, "Yes, I've recently developed a strong interest in history. I especially want to learn about heroes like Lin Weiguo, whom you mentioned, and what kind of beliefs and courage led them to sacrifice their lives for the country and the people without hesitation. So, I've read a few books about Chinese history."

Jiang Wanwan's figure flashed, like a ghost, silently entering the first floor. The scene on the first floor made her heart tighten. There were many small dark rooms and a gloomy and terrifying water dungeon.

Six men armed with guns patrolled the hall, vigilantly watching their surroundings. Jiang Wanwan took a deep breath, secretly channeling her spiritual energy to envelop the muscle-weakening powder within, then shot it at the six men like an arrow. Several muffled thuds followed, and the six men instantly collapsed to the ground, incapacitated.

There is no antidote for this muscle-relaxing powder, and those poisoned need three days to recover. In this way, Jiang Wanwan easily dealt with the guards of the building and obtained more than thirty guns as spoils of war.

Suddenly, a sharp, piercing alarm blared, shattering the silence of the night.

"Girl, you've been discovered! That voice is really grating!" Old Xia's voice rang in Jiang Wanwan's ears.

"So what if they found out? Anyway, I've already drugged those security guards, they won't be able to get here anytime soon, and this place will be in chaos soon!"

Jiang Wanwan swaggered up to the third-floor training base, and from several rooms came faint shouts: "I can do it! I can succeed! I will definitely succeed!"

Jiang Wanwan looked at the slogan on the left side of the corridor wall: Want to succeed? Go crazy first! Charge for money regardless of everything!

The slogan on the right reads: "Give it your all! Be rich for three generations! Only by working hard can you avoid failure!"

"Hey! Who goes there? Don't you know you can't run around during class time?!"

From a distance, someone was pointing at Jiang Wanwan and shouting at her. This person was probably the teacher who came out to check the situation after hearing the alarm.

Without saying a word, Jiang Wanwan walked up and punched him, knocking him unconscious.

Then, she opened the door to the room behind the man, which was filled with a dark mass of people. Jiang Wanwan casually tossed the unconscious man onto the podium and continued walking forward.

The students looked at each other, none of them daring to move. After a while, finally someone brave enough went up to the podium, first touching the person who had fainted, then kicking him hard with their foot. Perhaps remembering something, they then peeked out from the doorway.

The normally terrifying corridor was now deserted, with only a woman with a ponytail slowly dragging someone along. The person seemed to have emerged from the light, radiating an aura of light.

"Zhang Tu and Wang Liang have been killed! Hahaha!"

The hundred or so people inside had just been tricked into coming and were being brainwashed. Now, upon hearing this, they cheered and rushed out, scattering in all directions.

Jiang Wanwan dragged Wang Liang to Ye Xiaoxiao's room.

"Your classmate, do you want to vent your anger?"

Ye Xiaoxiao looked at Wang Liang lying on the ground like a dead dog and clenched her fists tighter and tighter.

What's wrong with him?

"I've given you some medicine. You can't speak or move. You can vent your anger on me however you like!"

Summoning her courage, Ye Xiaoxiao slapped Wang Liang twice, then said to him, "Those who do many evil deeds will surely perish! You will definitely get your retribution!"

Wang Liang was completely paralyzed and unable to speak; his eyes were so vicious they could kill.

"Let's go! This park is probably abandoned!"

Jiang Wanwan scanned the area with her divine sense and found that almost every floor was in riots. Without any armed force to suppress the unrest, the group leaders were quickly tied up.

Those whose guns had been removed were also tied up.

The people in the water dungeon and the small dark room were also released. However, many of them were in bad shape. Two of them, presumably due to excessive blood loss, were swollen all over and had very weak breaths.

"Are we just going to leave like this? Aren't we going to call the police?" Ye Xiaoxiao followed Jiang Wanwan eagerly, running all the way.

"No need, someone will handle it!"

In reality, someone was leading the way, wanting to take everyone to the local consulate for help.

Jiang Wanwan thought for a moment, deliberately dawdled for a while, and then followed the flow of people to find the two people with very weak auras.

The clothes on the two people were so tattered that they were unrecognizable, with each tear revealing a bloodstain.

"Dazhuang, we will definitely go back. Hang in there, we'll take you to the hospital to get checked out in a bit."

"He probably has low blood sugar. I just found some sugar water upstairs. Would you like some?" Jiang Wanwan handed Dazhuang water mixed with spiritual spring water.

After saying that, he took out another bottle of water from his bag and handed it to the person next to him who was also unable to walk and was being helped by someone.

The two of them hadn't had a sip of clean water in a long time. They had been in such a hurry just to escape the den of evil as quickly as possible, and now, looking at the water, they unconsciously swallowed.

After watching the two of them finish their water, Jiang Wanwan led Ye Xiaoxiao along the flow of people toward the port of KK Park.

Jiang Wanwan's gaze never left the group of people until the last victim was successfully taken in by the embassy staff. Only then did she turn around with a sigh of relief and quietly leave.

As Jiang Wanwan left, beams of merit swirled around her, eventually vying to merge into her body.

"Beautiful policewoman! Thank you!" Looking at Jiang Wanwan's radiant figure, Ye Xiaoxiao silently expressed her gratitude in her heart.
