Lin Chuxia didn't know what he was so happy about. After tidying up, she prepared to get something to eat as a late-night snack.

Lin Chuxia didn't expect him to know much about kitchen matters, but she was happy that he wanted to help her. She could teach him slowly if he didn't know something.
Cooking noodles doesn't take long. With Gu Yuheng's help, Lin Chuxia quickly made two bowls of tomato and egg noodles.
Gu Yuheng glanced at the windowsill next door. "No one lives next door?"
"It seems not. But there seems to be renovation work going on next door recently, so someone should be moving in soon. I wonder what kind of person the neighbors are."
Gu Yuheng wasn't interested in that. After finishing his noodles, he lowered the screen in the living room and suggested to Lin Chuxia, "Shall we watch a movie?"
Gu Yuheng was somewhat disappointed that they couldn't go to the movies together today because of time constraints.
Lin Chuxia smiled at him and said, "It's too late, let's do it next time."
