Chapter 118 Reflection

Just as she was about to get angry and look for the proprietress, a fragrant breeze wafted over, and a beautiful woman was already sitting opposite her with a smile.

He smiled warmly and said, "Please feel free to tell me what you need. Our shop may not be big, but we have a wide variety of goods to ensure your satisfaction."

Normally, one wouldn't hit a smiling face, but the proprietress's attitude still displeased her: "Are you the proprietress here?"

"Oh dear, how could I dare? I'm just a manager."

"Judging from your manners, you're more impressive than many people I've met. You came in without a word and sat right across from me. Is this how Yunxiang Pavilion treats its guests? You certainly have a grand air about you. But I'd like to know, is this how you all treat your guests, or just how you treat me?"

"Oh, I didn't realize you were such a discerning person. I apologize for this; I was just anxious and worried you'd be waiting."

He kept apologizing, but didn't even get up.

"The maid said she was going to bring me tea and snacks, but where is she? Could it be that she went to pick the tea leaves?"

Seeing that Ah Jiang was relentless, the woman's face turned cold, and she said, "Miss, are you here to buy clothes or to cause trouble? I didn't know that a menial disciple had such an air about him."

"It was probably the day my master accepted me as his disciple."

Ah Jiang leaned back in his chair and spoke in a light, almost reminiscent tone.

"What nonsense are you talking about? If you're not buying anything, then please leave."

A-Jiang stared intently at the woman before her, recalling the words of the two maids earlier. She felt extremely angry and wished she could immediately reveal her identity, smash up the place, and drive everyone out of the Qinglian Sect so that they would never be able to stand in the cultivation world again.

But is this the right thing to do?

What A-Jiang was clutching in her hand was her seal. As long as she put it on the table, everything and everyone she disliked would immediately disappear. Her status and position could almost guarantee her everything in the Qinglian Sect, but she suppressed her temper, which was about to explode.

"You go out first, I need to think about it," A-Jiang said expressionlessly.

"Go back to your own place if you want to think about it. I still have guests to entertain!" the beautiful woman said sarcastically.

"go out!"

With this shout, Ah Jiang had already imbued it with spiritual power. This woman was just an ordinary person who had never cultivated, so she was no match for it and was instantly blasted away.

A-Jiang ignored her and set up a barrier and illusion array for himself, reflecting on his experiences along the way, her emotional fluctuations, her reactions to external stimuli, and the consequences and impact of acting impulsively just now.

This matter is actually quite simple. Since entering the Qinglian Sect, things have gone relatively smoothly.

She took a big shot as her apprentice and a big shot as her master. Although she didn't show off everywhere, she was clearly getting carried away.

They felt they had finally turned the tables and were now in charge, that they were no longer ordinary, and that they couldn't be treated so poorly.

When she descended the mountain, she was dressed in clothing that signified her status, so both passersby and disciples treated her with great courtesy, which attracted a lot of attention.

She wanted to stroll through the market in peace, so she changed her clothes and dressed as an ordinary servant disciple, but this only led to her being neglected.

I was resentful of the cold treatment I received earlier, so I considered revealing my identity. But what would happen if I did that, and what if I encountered similar situations in the future?

An unstable state of mind invites trouble, leads to karmic entanglements, and makes it difficult to escape one's fate.

Following the clues, she deduced several possible outcomes. As she continued this deduction, she broke out in a cold sweat, feeling as if she were standing on the edge of an abyss, where one wrong step could mean certain death.

It was just a small matter, but it prompted Ah Jiang to reflect on herself, and the four words 'rectify the mind and be sincere' that her master had mentioned before reappeared in her mind.

Unconsciously, she fell into a special state of cultivation, blocking out her six senses and immersing herself solely in her own world.

However, the steward outside, who had been thrown back by the shockwave, had already started making a ruckus.

She was always very concerned about her image, and being thrown out like this, falling flat on her back on the ground and being watched by onlookers, made her lose face greatly.

He instructed his maid to find the market manager and the Foundation Establishment elder stationed in his own Yunxiang Pavilion, determined to bring this city back.

The two groups of people arrived quickly, which gave the beautiful woman confidence.

Holding a measuring tape, he tapped on the screen next to Ah Jiang and called out:

"You brat, get out here right now! How dare you cause trouble in our Yunxiang Pavilion? I think you don't know your place. Today, I'll teach you a lesson on behalf of your master."

Ah Jiang, oblivious to her clamor, remained engrossed in his own world, his brow furrowed.

Then she arrived at the world of crystal lotus flowers again. She stood on the lotus platform, surrounded by twelve petals, one of which had a blue vortex swirling around it.

She didn't know why she had suddenly arrived here, and she was trying to figure out what the consequences of her actions would be.

Looking at the twelve petals, she felt dazzled, her thoughts became chaotic, and her head throbbed with pain.

Calm yourself down and think back to what happened.
