Chapter Sixty-One: How to Pursue

When Ding Kemeng got home in the evening, she finished her homework and took a shower. She was thinking of going to sleep, but in the end she turned on the bedside lamp.

I opened the forum and saw yesterday's reports. Only a few reports of particularly offensive comments were successful, while the reports of comments saying Lu Ziyin was ugly failed.

Ding Kemeng was a little unhappy, and still couldn't stand it, so she reported these people again. Whether it succeeded or not, reporting them made her happy!

Having confirmed her feelings, Ding Kemeng, not one to hesitate, spent another thousand forum coins on herself, and her anonymous question was once again prominently displayed on the forum's homepage.

The boy I like is my deskmate. He's handsome and has a great personality, but his grades are just average. How should I pursue him?

When Ding Kemeng wrote down this question, she didn't think there was anything wrong with her comment about Lu Ziyin having a good temper. Instead, she was wondering if she had described Lu Ziyin as too ordinary.

It takes at least half an hour to receive a comment after asking a question. Ding Kemeng wasn't in a hurry. She scrolled through Lu Ziyin's Moments and looked at their recent chat history. Only when the forum's notification sound rang did she switch back to the forum homepage.

The responses were still varied, but this time there was clearly less hostility in the replies.

Ding Kemeng looked at the replies below and found that many of them were useful. She couldn't read them all at once, so she quickly pulled out a small notepad from the drawer of her bedside table, took a pen, and began to carefully copy down the comments that she thought were useful. She numbered each comment and was extremely meticulous.

By the time she finished copying the comments, it was already 11 p.m. Ding Kemeng looked at the notebook filled with notes, sighed, smiled with satisfaction, and finally put the notebook under her pillow. She then turned off her phone and the light before preparing to go to sleep.

After returning home, Lu Ziyin scribbled a few lines on his homework but then got bored and stopped. Just then, Tang Zhizhou asked him to play games, so he simply put away his homework and went to play games with them.

After playing a game, Lu Ziyin logged off, took a shower, and when she came back, she opened her email and looked at the recent orders. There were many of them, and they were quite varied.

The person on QQ was overjoyed to see him online and immediately bombarded him with messages. Lu Ziyin had a terrible headache, so he got up, found his medicine in the bedside table drawer, and swallowed it with water. Only after feeling much better did Lu Ziyin reply to the person.

He then took out his drawing tablet and started drawing.

Lu Ziyin easily loses track of time when he's drawing. By the time he felt tired, it was almost 1 a.m. He put down his pen, saved the drawing, turned off his computer, and got up to go to bed.

Although it was already late, falling asleep immediately wasn't quite possible. So Lu Ziyin took out her phone again and opened the forum.

The forum homepage had been updated, but the previous questions were still trending. Lu Ziyin scanned the page and saw an anonymous question.

【The boy I like is my deskmate. He's handsome and has a great temper, but his grades are just average. How should I pursue him?】 Lu Ziyin became interested and clicked to read the comments. Most of them were teaching this person how to pursue their deskmate, and the original poster didn't reply.

After watching for about ten minutes, Lu Ziyin finally felt sleepy, logged off the forum, and fell asleep.

That night, Lu Ziyin had a dream: a cute baby wearing a floral dress walked towards him seductively, her slender, white arms gently resting on his neck...

Lu Ziyin woke up with a start, sat up, and touched his forehead; he was sweating. He pulled back the covers and glanced at his pants, then gave a wry smile. What kind of bizarre dream was this…?

She glanced at the time on her phone; it was just past five, still very early, and the sky was barely light. Feeling uncomfortable with her pants sticking to her legs, Lu Ziyin quickly got up, took a shower, changed out of her pajama bottoms, washed them, and hung them to dry on the bedroom balcony.

After Lu Ziyin finished getting ready, he went downstairs. The nanny was still a little dazed when she saw Lu Ziyin. "Young Master, why don't you sleep a little longer? It's still early!"

"You woke up early. Auntie, is breakfast ready? I want to go to school early today," Lu Ziyin asked, sitting down in a chair in the dining room.

"Oh, right away, right away." Because there are two school children in the family, the nanny in the Lu family always comes to the Lu family early to make breakfast. Now that Lu Ziyin is urging her, she quickly makes Lu Ziyin's breakfast in a hurry.

The aunt sped up, and Lu Ziyin didn't waste any time either. After eating breakfast, she helped the aunt put the tray in the sink, took a bottle of milk from the warm water, and went out.

When Lu Ziyin arrived at the classroom, there was no one there yet. People from Class 10 always arrived late, so Lu Ziyin wasn't surprised. She put her schoolbag down and lay down on the desk to catch up on her sleep.

About half an hour later, someone finally entered the classroom. Lu Ziyin heard the voice and judged that it must be the student on duty today. He turned over slightly and continued to sleep.

The student on duty wondered where the sun was rising from, that Lu Ziyin would be in the classroom so early. But despite his confusion, he didn't dare disturb Lu Ziyin's sleep and quietly completed his duties. By the time he finished, about half the students had arrived in the classroom.

At that moment, Ding Kemeng also arrived in the classroom.

Ding Kemeng was somewhat surprised to see Lu Ziyin sleeping on the table when she looked up.

"Sister Meng, isn't this quite a surprise?" Lin Changmao tossed the homework to the group leader and happened to see Ding Kemeng standing at the door. Seeing her looking at Lu Ziyin, he immediately went up to her and said with a smile.

"It was quite unexpected." Ding Kemeng didn't know what to say, but seeing Lu Ziyin in the classroom so early was indeed a surprise.

Ding Kemeng's seat was inside, and Lu Ziyin was tall and strong, so even if Ding Kemeng was lying on the table, it wouldn't be easy for her to go inside and sit down without disturbing Lu Ziyin.

She was just about to move when Lu Ziyin woke up.

"Did I wake you up?" Seeing that Lu Ziyin was awake, Ding Kemeng immediately put down the foot she was about to lift.

Lu Ziyin shook her head, saw the person standing in front of her clearly, smiled, stood up, and let Ding Kemeng in.

"Here you go." The two spoke at the same time, and both were taken aback.

Lu Ziyin habitually brought Ding Kemeng a bottle of hot milk. Now that he saw Ding Kemeng, he was afraid that the milk would get cold, so he wanted to quickly give the milk in his arms to Ding Kemeng. But who would have thought that Ding Kemeng would also bring him a bottle of milk!

Both of them were a little embarrassed, and they accepted the milk that the other offered them.

Ding Kemeng spoke first: "Why are you here so early today?"

Lu Ziyin thought of her absurd dream, her ears turning slightly red. She coughed twice and said softly, "I got up early."
