Chapter 21 "Did You Go?"
Jiang Yuan was stunned for a moment, then stood still and said calmly, "I'm sorry, I'm just here to pick someone up, not to accompany the drinks."
The man pushed out the tip of his tongue, then chuckled, his expression obscene and vulgar.
Jiang Yuan's eyes were like thorns. She turned away and urged Xu Hui again, "Sister Hui, let's go over there quickly. Don't let Mr. Li wait anxiously."
Xu Hui sat there motionless, only tilting his head towards Jiang Yuan: "You go back first and tell him that I'm going to play with my friends for a while and will definitely be back later."
Jiang Yuan understood her hint, hesitated for a moment, then turned and walked out.
"Did you leave?"
The man's voice suddenly rose.
Jiang Yuan's legs stiffened, as if nailed to the ground. The music stopped and the door of the box was closed.
"Brother Bao, she's my sister. She's still in school. She's timid, stubborn, and has no sense of propriety. Let her go back and don't spoil the fun for everyone."
As Xu Hui spoke, he picked up his wine glass and walked over to the bald man named Brother Leopard and sat down. "Come, I'll drink with you."
Brother Leopard glanced at her sideways and said, "Sister? Are you drinking for her?"
"Okay, get the wine."
Someone opened a whole bottle of red wine and handed it over.
Jiang Yuan's eyes darkened. The next second, the man grabbed Xu Hui's hair with one hand, held the bottle of wine with the other, and stuffed the entire bottle into Xu Hui's mouth.
Red liquid flowed out from the corner of Xu Hui's mouth, reflecting on her snow-white skin, the same color as blood.
The only sound in the huge private room was Xu Hui's sobbing.
Jiang Yuan's eyes instantly filled with bloodshot. "Let her go. I'll accompany you."
The man let go of his hand. Xu Hui lowered his head and vomited several times, then ran to the bathroom.
"Come here, why are you standing there envy me?"
The man's voice was grumpy.
Jiang Yuan's whole body tensed up: "How do I drink it?"
The man changed his posture, leaning on the sofa, looking her up and down, "Brother just came out two days ago, you know, I've been hungry for half a year, you either come over here and let me satisfy my urge to touch you, or stand over there and take off your clothes so that I can feast my eyes first."
Jiang Yuan clenched her fists tightly, her voice trembling. "I only accompany you with drinks, not perform on the stage. This is my bottom line. You just got out, and I'm really happy for you. I wish you smooth sailing and stability in the future."
"This is my toast to you."
She said as she poured herself a full glass of wine and held it in front of her.
The man remained unmoved, narrowing his eyes at her.
Jiang Yuan tilted his head back and drank the wine in the glass. After a pause, he poured himself another full glass.
"This is my congratulations on your rebirth. I wish you a speedy comeback and a renewed glory."
The man finally curled his lips and smiled, and the others in the box also laughed.
Jiang Yuan put the empty cup back on the table and said in a slower voice, "Brother Bao, we are acquainted today. If you want to hang out again, feel free to call me. There are indeed people waiting for us now. I hope you understand. Sister Hui and I will leave first. I will definitely accompany you for a drink next time."
Jiang Yuan reached out to pull Xu Hui.
Suddenly, the man burst into laughter, and Jiang Yuan's whole body tensed up. The laughter sounded like a ghost's cry, which made people's backs cold.
The man stopped laughing and said, "You can drink so much. Fine, drink the rest of the wine. I'll take you home after you finish it."
The square marble coffee table is four square meters in size, and is filled with red wine, beer, and foreign liquor. A few of the bottles have been opened and half drunk, but most of them are still whole and unopened.
Jiang Yuan had already walked to the table and without saying a word, picked up a bottle of 50-proof vodka and poured it into his mouth.
There was sighing all around.
A few minutes later, the bottle was empty. Jiang Yuan wiped his mouth with the back of his hand and picked up another bottle without changing his expression.
It was only after Xu Hui took Jiang Yuan out a few times that he realized that Jiang Yuan would not get drunk after drinking. Jiang Yuan said that her liver and kidney functions were stronger than those of ordinary people, but that did not mean she could drink a thousand cups without getting drunk.
Anyone would fall down after drinking this much wine. This girl is playing with her life.
Xu Hui stopped her, "Stop drinking."
Jiang Yuan was still conscious, but her cheeks were slightly red. She went to get some more wine.
Xu Hui knew that she was too naive and really thought that men in the bar would keep their words.
Feeling anxious, Xu Hui turned to look at the bald man, "Brother Bao, if she drinks like this, she'll kill herself. If you let her go, I'll consider it my debt. I'll definitely make it up to you when I have the chance."
The bald man stared at Jiang Yuan's raised slender neck, and the desire that had been suppressed for a long time suddenly burst out: "Looking for an opportunity? I want it today, get out of here!"
Several men pushed others out of the box.
Xu Hui grabbed Jiang Yuan and ran out without saying anything. When he reached the door, he was grabbed back by the three or four men who were left in the box.
The door was locked, and only two women, Xu Hui and Jiang Yuan, and five strong men including the bald man were left in the box.
