Chapter 391: Familiar Road

Chapter 391: Familiar Road

Yin Dong's face visibly darkened, and he simply replied with two words: "Washed."

The more he was secretive, the more Jiang Yuan wanted to know how deep the relationship between him and Xue Qi was, and whether they were really even as he said.

Xue Qi has returned to China. I wonder if they've met. If they become hostile to the Xue family later on, they'll inevitably meet again. If she uses her past affection to influence him, how will he handle it? Will he really not be soft-hearted?

Jiang Yuan: "Why did you deliberately leave out a question?"

He turned his head and glanced at her, his expression dull, "There's no need to talk about the past."

Jiang Yuan knew that if it was an ordinary ex-girlfriend, he shouldn't ask about this kind of thing. After all, no one would feel good if he really told her, but Xue Qi's identity was too special.

After all, she still couldn't trust him completely.

Jiang Yuan changed her train of thought and asked, "I guess she has one too?"

His eyes suddenly darkened, and he turned his head to glare at her, "What good will knowing this do you?"

Jiang Yuan became more and more certain that this tattoo seemed to be more than just a hobby between young lovers. If it were, he wouldn't have to avoid talking about it.

His voice suddenly lowered. "She took a bullet for me and got a scar on her shoulder."

Jiang Yuan's heart tightened. So that's how it was. Even though she was mentally prepared, she still couldn't help but feel sour.

"Going to Jinsheng? Liang Zhouheng is ready."

He spoke again, breaking the oppressive atmosphere in the car.

"good."

Jiang Yuan responded.

The two of them didn't say a word the whole way.

The car stopped at Jinsheng. Jiang Yuan unbuckled her seat belt and opened the door. As soon as one foot touched the ground, he had already walked around the front of the car and reached out his hand to her.

She held her hand out to him, and he squeezed it tightly, lowering his head and whispering in her ear: "That happened eight hundred years ago. Don't mention it again. If you do, I'll spank you."

Jiang Yuan's cheeks flushed red, and she reached out to punch his chest, but he held her hand with his other hand. He pushed her against the car door and lowered his head to kiss her with ease.

This was really in broad daylight, and there were people coming and going in front of the restaurant. She didn't care because not many people knew him. But he was a well-known person. If his behavior was indecent, the people around him would find out and they would definitely make fun of him.

Jiang Yuan immediately warned him, "Someone's here!"

As soon as she finished speaking, a male voice with a drawling tone rang in her ears, "Tsk tsk, why can't you take two more steps and go through the door? There are plenty of empty boxes inside. Can't you wait?"

As soon as Jiang Yuan heard the voice, she knew it was Liang Zhouheng.

Yin Dong slowly moved away from her, reached out to straighten her collar which was messed up by him, and walked into the restaurant holding her hand.

Liang Zhouheng was completely ignored.

It was Jiang Yuan who walked up to him and greeted him, "Mr. Liang."

Liang Zhouheng was overjoyed, "Sister Jiang Yuan, you sang really well yesterday."

Jiang Yuan: "Thank you for coming."

Liang Zhouheng: "We are one family, so it should be our responsibility. Even if the person next to you is not here, I will definitely go, since you have the best relationship with Song Cun."

Jiang Yuan heard Liang Zhouheng's voice-over and realized that he was trying to get close to her.

She didn't respond and continued to be pulled into the restaurant by Yin Dong. Just as she raised her head, she met another familiar face.

"What a coincidence, we meet again."

The bald man opposite came out of the box with a flushed face.

Jiang Yuan paused for a moment.
