Chapter 399 "You have the courage to say it, but not the courage to admit it, Jiang Yuan."
Jiang Yuan had just come out of the rehearsal room when she received a call from Yin Dong.
As she walked out with her bag, she asked, "Are you awake?"
"woke up."
"Still feeling bad?"
"Very good."
"That's good. Are you back to the company?"
As soon as she asked this question, she saw the familiar car parked steadily on the side of the road.
She tilted her head to look into the driver's seat, hung up the phone, and jogged over to the passenger seat.
She closed the car door and fastened her seatbelt, but the man next to her still showed no sign of starting the car. Jiang Yuan turned her head to look at him and realized something was wrong with him. "What's wrong with you? Why don't you leave?"
He stared at her gravely, then suddenly smiled, "Are they here to pick you up? Why are you getting in the car without even asking?"
Jiang Yuan gave him a cold look and said, "Are you going to leave or not? If not, I'm leaving."
He asked slowly, "Are you willing to give it up?"
Jiang Yuan really unbuckled her seatbelt without saying a word and pretended to push the car door. After a long push, it didn't open. She turned her head and frowned at him, "The door is broken."
He really couldn't help it, smiles welled up in the corners of his eyes and eyebrows, he pulled her over and kissed her fiercely twice, and it seemed that it was not enough, so he held her face again and kissed her again.
In fact, the two had not seen each other for only a few hours, but it felt like they were meeting again after a long separation.
Jiang Yuan glanced ahead and saw Qin Hao and his gang coming towards him. He then reminded him, "There's someone there."
He reluctantly moved away from her lips, pressed her head to his chest, and snorted softly in her ear in a low, hoarse voice: "Why does it feel like there are suddenly so many more people in this world?"
Jiang Yuan pursed her lips and smiled silently.
She was held in his arms, her face buried in his chest, and heard a buzzing vibration coming from inside. "Don't you have anything to tell me?"
Jiang Yuan was stunned for a moment, realizing that he might know that she had returned to the old house. She didn't want to tell him about this, as it would only add to his family conflicts.
But now, she said honestly: "You already know everything, why are you asking?"
"I want to hear how they made things difficult for you."
His voice reached her ears from top to bottom, and seemed to fall directly into her heart, soft and feathery, easily smoothing out those little bumps.
She whispered, "I didn't say anything. I just advised me to break up with you and give up revenge."
"You're hiding it for them, is it because they're my parents, and I love them so much I can't bear to say anything bad about them?"
He still held her tightly, his lips pressed against her ear, and his voice sounded particularly tempting.
Jiang Yuan endured the numbness all over her body and asked, "Can you let me go first?"
He finally let her go, and she sat up straight. She could still feel the burning gaze on her body. She couldn't help but not look at him and calmly ordered him, "Drive."
The corners of his lips were hooked by her and he couldn't let go, "You have the courage to say it, but not the courage to admit it, Jiang Yuan."
Jiang Yuan's face was tense, and he looked straight ahead, not looking at him. "What did I say?"
He didn't even bother to say, "Say you love me."
Jiang Yuan's cheeks quickly turned red. She turned her head to the car window and asked, "Where are you going?"
He held the steering wheel steadily and said, "Go home."
She frowned: "Did I agree?"
He tilted his head and glanced at her with the corner of his lips raised, "Your luggage has agreed for you."
Jiang Yuan was speechless: "Did you clean it up?"
He said seriously, "Maybe they were too impatient and jumped onto my car on their own."
