Chapter 362: A Woman with a Hard Bones

Chapter 362: A Woman with a Hard Bones

Around 7 o'clock that evening, Yin Dong asked his driver Lao Zhang to leave work early without going through Zhou Zhi. He made the call himself.

Yin Dong has been working overtime at the company at night recently because he has nothing to do. When Zhou Zhi went to the president's office to look for him, he found that he was not there. He asked the second assistant, and the second assistant said that the president had left half an hour ago.

Zhou Zhi's mind was as clear as a mirror.

As night fell, a low-key-looking silver Bentley was parked steadily diagonally opposite the entrance of a residential community.

This is a no-parking zone and there are cameras at the intersection, but this car has been parked for over twenty minutes without moving.

Jiang Yuan spent another two or three days looking for a house before she found the community where she lives now. The reason she chose this community was not because the rent was cheap, but because there was a police station less than 200 meters away from the entrance of the community.

Last time, she was suddenly followed by someone in the community, and she tried her best to escape from the tiger's mouth, but if there is a next time, she is not sure that she will be as lucky as last time.

She had already reached the point where she was paranoid. She knew that Xue Shan wanted to torture her to death. She was in the open and Xue Shan was in the dark. She was now like a mouse being chased by a cat. Now, let alone taking revenge on Xue Shan, even protecting herself was a problem for her.

Because she didn't want to implicate Xu Hui, Jiang Yuan found an excuse to separate from her and moved out.

Jiang Yuan doesn't go anywhere after get off work, and hasn't been working overtime recently. As soon as she gets off work, she takes a taxi home while it's still light.

The security in the new residential complex is much better, but after getting off the taxi, she still looked back every few steps and remained highly alert every second. Any slight movement around her could make her sensitive nerves tense in an instant.

She saw the silver Bentley diagonally across from the community as soon as she got out of the car. Parking was not allowed in that area, so that was the only car parked there. She couldn't help but look in that direction a few more times.

Yin Dong's gaze passed through the driver's window and fell on Jiang Yuan from afar.

The taxi stopped and the back door opened. She landed on the ground with one foot first, got out of the car, turned her head and looked around before closing the door.

When she entered the community, she turned around and looked at his car, her eyes full of vigilance.

Seeing her cautious look, Yin Dong didn't know whether he felt more distressed or angry. She was so scared that she didn't even take the initiative to look for him.

Why is this woman so tough?

Only when she took off her hat did he see that her hair was cut even shorter than his, and the back of her head was round and bulgy. From a distance, her head looked like a boiled egg.

Yin Dong had suppressed his anger on the way here. He wanted to hear how she explained what happened that day, but when he saw her head and thought about how she sneaked out at all costs just to see Yan Yiru, the anger in his heart suddenly flared up again.

She said she was not going to see Yan Yiru, but the two of them appeared in the same ramen restaurant one after the other. She also took Yan Yiru's car back. The ride was an hour and a half long. The two of them said it was not enough in the car, and when they got out of the car, they pulled and tugged at each other, reluctant to leave.

She ran into him later and kept saying she wanted to explain, but most of her sentences were evasive.

Yin Dong leaned his head against the back of the chair, closed his eyes, and felt his chest becoming more and more stuffy. Finally, he threw away the cigarette butt in his hand, started the car and drove away.

The next morning at 6 o'clock, Yin Dong and Kuang Ye boarded a plane to Lancheng.

As soon as the plane landed, Kuang Ye went to the ramen restaurant owner's home according to the address provided by Zhou Zhi.

The boss was in his fifties and had lost his restaurant business in North City. He had come back to retire and help his son and grandson look after their children. Early in the morning, the old man heard the doorbell ring. As the door opened halfway, he saw a tall, menacing bald man standing in the doorway. He swayed, visibly startled.

Kuang Ye glanced at the old man expressionlessly and asked in a cold voice, "Are you the owner of Lao Lin Ramen Restaurant?"

The old man's face turned pale and his eyelids twitched again and again. He was wondering whether to say yes or no.

Another solemn male voice sounded beside my ears, "I have something I want to ask you, is it convenient?"

The old man then noticed that outside the door stood a man with a noble face and dignified appearance.
