Chapter 240 Is it so exciting?!

Chapter 240 Is it so exciting?!

Wei Chi subconsciously turned his head to look at his deskmate, intending to ask his deskmate, but found that he had no deskmate.

He looked up at a tall and strong man sitting at the table in front of him, reached out and touched his back, and said, "Hey, buddy, let me ask you something."

Xiong Jian at the table in front turned around and looked at him, frowning, "What's the matter, little brother?"

Seeing that he looked like someone who was not easy to mess with, Wei Chi coughed lightly and asked softly, "Brother, I'm in the same situation as you. Did you also buy a dream from a monk?"

Xiong Jian was stunned when he heard this, then he reacted, nodded, raised his finger and pointed at him, and said in disbelief: "Yes, you too!"

Wei Chi slapped his thigh excitedly. Now he was completely sure that it was the monk who did it. "Yes, me too!"

Xiong Jian turned around and looked at the others who were still discussing, "What's going on? Aren't we in a dream?"

"It must be that monk's doing. He has put all of us into a dream of his own making." Wei Chi slowly expressed his guess.

"What's his purpose in doing this?" Xiong Jian said, "I don't want to have this boring dream of going to school."

Wei Chi shrugged and said, "I don't know for now. Anyway, let's just wait until the dream wakes up."

Xiong Jian waved his hand. "Yeah, it's just a dream anyway, whatever."

He paused, then continued, "By the way, little brother, what's your name? How old are you? You look quite young."

"Wei Chi, eighteen years old, how about you?"

"My name is Xiong Jian. Eighteen is good. I feel so young. I'm already thirty-five."

Wei Chi didn't think he was that scary. Suddenly, he thought of something and couldn't help but gossip, "Hey, Brother Xiong, what kind of dreams did you buy from that monk?"

"What else could it be? Of course it's the dream of getting rich." Xiong Jian raised his chin. "What about you?"

Wei Chi raised his hand and touched the tip of his nose, saying awkwardly, "Oh, she's just a beauty."

As soon as the voice fell, the school broadcast suddenly sounded:

[Please return to your dormitories and rest immediately. Do not wander around the school. There will be staff on duty patrolling. If you are seen, you will be responsible for the consequences.]

Wei Chi heard the broadcast outside, turned his head, looked out the window, and looked outside the classroom. He was shocked to find that the sky outside had turned completely dark.

He touched the back of his head and said in surprise, "This isn't right. I remember it was still light outside just now. How come it's dark now?"

Xiong Jian also turned his head to look, "Yeah, it was sunny outside just now. It's clearly afternoon now, but it got dark so quickly."

"Oh, never mind. It's all a dream after all." Wei Chi waved his hand nonchalantly and suggested, "Brother Xiong, the homeroom teacher didn't assign dormitories just now, so why don't we just share one?"

Xiong Jian had no objection, "Okay, sure."

Wei Chi stretched and stood up from his chair. "Then let's go to the cafeteria to have a meal, and then go back to the dormitory."

"But the broadcast told us to hurry back to the dormitory..." said Xiong Jian.

Wei Chi walked up to him, put his arm around his shoulders, and led him out of the classroom. "Hey, what's the big deal? Why listen to what the radio says? If you're hungry, you have to go eat. Even if you're caught by the on-duty officer, at most he'll give you a scolding."

"The key point is that it's dark now. Are you sure the cafeteria is still open?" said Xiong Jian.

"Let's go and take a look." Wei Chi said.

......

It was pitch black outside, without even a street light, and even the silence felt eerie.

A group of people walked out of the teaching building, not knowing which direction to go to the dormitory, so they could only walk in groups of three or four in different directions in the dark.

Xiong Jian turned to look at Wei Chi beside him, "It seems that we can't eat in this cafeteria anymore. It's all dark everywhere. It's obviously closed. Let's go find the dormitory and rest."

"Okay, let's go that way?" Wei Chi asked.

"Just walk anywhere. The school is so small anyway. At worst, we can just go around in a circle. We will definitely find where the dormitory building is." After saying that, Xiong Jian turned and walked towards the road on the left.

Wei Chi nodded and followed.

When the two were halfway there, they suddenly heard a scream, followed by screams one after another.

Wei Chi stopped and turned to look at Xiong Jian, "What's going on?"

Xiong Jian was also confused. He turned around to look for the source of the sound and said, "I don't know."

The next second, several people were seen running towards this side quickly from the darkness.

Wei Chi saw this and quickly called out to them, asking loudly, "Hey, why are you running? What was that noise just now?"

"Run, brother, there's a ghost!"

Wei Chi was slightly stunned when he heard this, then reacted with a look of confusion and bewilderment on his face, "What the hell?"

"There's a ghost behind us, someone just died, run!"

"Holy shit, this is a total fucking nightmare."

Wei Chi couldn't help but twitch the corner of his mouth. "No, since you all know it's a dream, what are you afraid of? Why run away?"

"When you see that ghost, you'll know whether to run or not. The scene is so bloody, I can't bear to watch it."

"Yes, even though you know it's a dream, you still subconsciously want to run for your life after seeing it."

"Brother, we are leaving now. You can stay and watch ghosts if you want."

Wei Chi knew he was in a dream, so he was naturally fearless. He said stubbornly, "I want to see how scary this ghost is. I grew up watching horror movies and have never been afraid of it."

Xiong Jian turned around and glanced at the people running away. "Stop looking. Let's find the dormitory quickly."

"Haha, Brother Xiong, you're not afraid of ghosts, are you?" Wei Chi said.

Xiong Jian coughed lightly and admitted a little embarrassedly: "Yes, so let's go."

"If you don't leave, then I'll leave by myself."

"Okay, okay, I'll go with you."

Wei Chi turned his head and looked into the darkness again. Just as he was about to look away, he heard hurried footsteps coming from the front.

The next moment, a man and a woman stumbled out from the darkness, followed slowly by a red figure.

The clattering sound of high heels on the ground was particularly clear in the silent night, like a death warrant.

"Help! There's a ghost!"

When Wei Chi saw clearly, he discovered that the red figure was actually a headless woman holding a kitchen knife dripping with blood.

Wei Chi couldn't help but widen his eyes upon seeing this, feeling inexplicably frightened, and exclaimed, "Fuck, this is so exciting?!"

Before she finished her words, the headless female ghost quickly approached the girl from behind, raised her knife, and chopped off her head in the blink of an eye.

Wei Chi's pupils trembled, his breathing stagnated, and he stood there stupidly, watching the girl's head rolling towards him like a ball.
