Chapter 19 Does Daddy Have Someone Else?
Ye Su is Huo Nanxiao's executive secretary, so she often sees Huo Yuan. Extremely sensitive, she noticed that something was wrong with the "Huo Yuan" in front of her, but she couldn't see anything unnatural no matter how she looked at him. The woman in the photo looked very delicate and had an indescribable sense of fragility, as if she would be blown away by a gust of wind. As for the last photo, Xia Xingxing could not see it clearly because the girl's face in the photo was blocked by several maple leaves.
The maple leaf was framed along with the girl's photo. The frame looked quite old, with faded edges, and the quality was really poor.
Xia Xingxing didn't pay attention to what the person in the photo looked like, but he was definitely not as pretty as his mother.
After searching Huo Nanxiao's office without finding anything that could prove their father-son relationship, Xia Xingxing slumped into a chair, panting heavily. Xia Xingxing excitedly reached out her little hand and carefully picked up the hair.
"Is this Huo Yuan's daddy's hair?" Xia Xingxing opened her eyes wide and looked closely. It really was a man's hair! The only person who could work in such a big office is Huo Yuan's daddy!
Xia Xingxing quickly hid his hair in his schoolbag and didn't dare to linger there. He ran out quickly.
"Young Master! Where are you going?" Ye Su spotted Xia Xingxing looking sneaky and called out to him from behind.
Xia Xingxing was startled and quickly explained, "My aunt has come to pick me up to go home, so I won't stay here any longer."
"You've just arrived. The president's meeting will be over soon, and he'll be out in no time. Do you want to wait a little longer?" Ye Su asked anxiously.
Xia Xingxing ran as fast as he could. He didn't want to wait there any longer. What if he got caught? How would he explain himself then?
Xia Xingxing recalled the man she saw on the surveillance footage last night. Although he was very handsome, he looked fierce at first glance and was definitely not a good person. She didn't want to deal with such a fierce person!
After running quickly out of Yunting Group, Xia Xingxing boarded a bus and headed towards the hospital.
When Huo Nanxiao came out of the conference room, he found his office in a mess, clearly having been ransacked.
"Ye Su, who came here just now?" Huo Nanxiao asked sternly.
Ye Su said, "Young Master."
Huo Nanxiao frowned even more: "Who did A Yuan come with? Why didn't you tell me?"
"Young Master came with Miss Xia. I saw that the meeting was going to end in ten minutes, so I took it upon myself to ask Young Master to wait a bit. "Thank you, Daddy." Huo Yuan was deeply moved, and tears streamed down his face.
Huo Nanxiao was heartbroken: "Why are you crying again? Did something wrong?"
"Daddy, do you have someone else outside?" Huo Yuan pouted and asked pitifully.
