Chapter 311 Is She Waking Up?
The atmosphere inside the room was extremely oppressive; in the silence, only the sound of their heartbeats could be heard.
Xia Ningxi looked up with her deep eyes, waiting earnestly for Huo Nanxiao's answer.
Huo Nanxiao said, "You should rest well first. I will definitely keep my promise to you. You can stay here with me for the next few days. The three children will be taken care of by the nanny at home."

Huo Yuan said, "No, that's very impolite."
"I'm not getting out of bed," Chu Chu said coquettishly.
Xia Xingxing said, "Okay, then you can continue sleeping. We'll go home after we've eaten. It's good that you're not home. I'll take all the money out of your piggy bank and treat Brother Huo Yuan to lollipops."

Xia Xingxing asked, "Mommy, won't you take us with you to see it?"

"Did Daddy leave me alone at home last night just to come to the hospital to be with another woman?" Huo Yuan questioned.
Huo Nanxiao said, "Aren't the stars always with you?"
"Oh, so Daddy doesn't want us anymore? Then why did you bring Mommy here?" Huo Yuan retorted, "Are you begging Mommy to treat Xia Wanwan's illness?"
Huo Nanxiao said in a deep voice, "A Yuan, you are still young. I will explain it to you later."
Huo Yuan took a step back to create distance between himself and his son, and silently walked to Xia Ningxi's side.
Huo Nanxiao's deep eyes held an unfathomable depth.
He averted his gaze from Huo Yuan and said to Xia Ningxi, "Wanwan's condition is not good, and the doctor is hesitant to prescribe medication for the time being."
"I'll go in and take a look." Xia Ningxi understood Huo Nanxiao's meaning, handed the child over to him, and then went into the ICU.
The two doctors, who had been staying by the bedside, were overjoyed to see Xia Ningxi.
"Dr. Xia, you've arrived."
Xia Ningxi nodded, walked over to Xia Wanwan's side to check her condition, and asked, "What's your temperature?"

Xia Ningxi prescribed some medicine and gave Xia Wanwan an IV drip. Twenty minutes later, Xia Wanwan's vital signs stabilized.
