Chapter 587 What utter nonsense!
"Daddy, they all say you're shameless."
Amidst the murmurs of the crowd, a confused, childlike voice uttered a question. Huo Yuan stared innocently at Huo Nanxiao's handsome face, his mind filled with doubt: Why is everyone saying this?
Huo Nanxiao coughed lightly: "You misheard."
"But they were looking at you as they spoke, weren't they talking about Daddy?" Huo Yuan was even more confused.
The man's sharp gaze fell upon the crowd.
The group of people who were talking about him trembled with fear at his murderous gaze. They didn't dare to breathe loudly, let alone say anything bad about Huo Nanxiao. They quickly withdrew their scrutinizing gazes and went to do their own things.
After the crowd dispersed, no one said a bad word about Huo Nanxiao.
Huo Nanxiao said to Huo Yuan, "See? They're not talking about Daddy. Don't overthink it, Yuan."
"But A-Yuan thinks Daddy is a little shameless." Huo Yuan's cute little face was full of innocence, and he said the most unpleasant words in the cutest baby voice.

The three children were sitting obediently next to Huo Nanxiao, very close to him. But as soon as Xia Ningxi came out, they all shook off Huo Nanxiao and ran towards Xia Ningxi.
"Mommy, Mommy, are you done with your work? Can we go out and play now?" Xingxing asked expectantly.
Xia Ningxi smiled and said, "Now that you're all done with your work, where do you all want to go for fun?"
"Let's go to the water park. Someone said it's really fun, and I want to go there," Xingxing suggested.
Huo Yuan nodded in agreement: "Mommy, I also want to play in the water, but I can't swim."
"I know how, I'll teach you." Xia Ningxi smiled and ruffled the heads of the two little ones, her gaze falling on Chu Chu, who hadn't said a word: "Chu Chu, do you want to go to the water park?"

Xia Ningxi smiled and said, "Let's go buy them now, and you can choose whichever you like."

When they passed a shopping mall, Huo Nanxiao stopped the car and took the children to buy swimsuits and life rings. He also bought the children a lot of snacks and toys.
Xia Ningxi originally wanted to pay the bill herself, but Huo Nanxiao beat her to it. She didn't argue anymore; if Huo Nanxiao wanted to pay, then let him. After all, these three were his children, and it was only right for Huo Nanxiao to buy them some things.
To be honest, Xia Ningxi had never been to a heated water park before, though she had been to a heated swimming pool.
When we arrived at the location, we found out that it was a fully enclosed water park inside a venue in the convention center. The water temperature was just right, and the venue was very large, but there were very few people, all of whom were staff members.
"Why are there no guests?" Xia Ningxi asked in confusion.
Huo Nanxiao said, "I've already booked the entire venue; people I don't know well can't get in."
"Wow, a private event! That must cost a lot of money!" Chu Chu's eyes widened in surprise.
Huo Nanxiao said with a smile, "Not many, enough to fill several of your piggy banks."
"That's already a lot!" Chu Chu was even more shocked.
Xingxing tugged at her sleeve: "Little sister, you're not allowed to praise him. Covering up will make us seem like we're unsophisticated."
"Oh, I'm sorry, brother, I was wrong." Chu Chu apologized softly, immediately changing her attitude towards Huo Nanxiao. She said in a childish voice, "You think you're so great just because you have a few stinky coins? Humph, don't think we'll like you just because you booked the whole place."
The little girl, with her two braids swinging, walked away haughtily.
Xingxing was equally aloof, ignoring Huo Nanxiao, and walked towards the changing room with her swimsuit in hand.
"Dr. Xia!"
A soft voice caught Xia Ningxi's attention. She looked in surprise toward the source of the voice and saw An Yao waving at her from a distance, with several men sitting beside her, including Helian Jue, Fu Xiyu, and Ji Feibai...
All the most famous young masters in the capital city had arrived, except for Huo Nanxiao, who brought his family along.
Xia Ningxi politely returned An Yao's smile and whispered to Huo Nanxiao, "Why didn't you tell me they were here sooner?"
"You do your thing," Huo Nanxiao replied.
Xia Ningxi: "You really don't care about appearances at all. When good friends get together, you should bring Xia Wanwan. Why did you drag our whole family of four here to accompany you?"

Huo Nanxiao placed the swimsuit he had prepared for Xia Ningxi in her hands: "Go change your clothes. I'll take the child over first."
Xia Ningxi glanced at the swimsuit; it was one of the most conservative styles. However, she didn't plan to go into the water. Instead, she went to greet An Yao and then went to say hello to the other young men.
Ji Feibai said enthusiastically, "Dr. Xia, it's been so many days since I've seen you. You've become even more beautiful. No wonder Nan Xiao likes you so much."
Xia Ningxi's lips twitched. She didn't know if this guy was doing it on purpose, and for a moment she didn't know how to answer.
Just as Xia Ningxi was struggling with how to answer, Fu Mingyan suddenly appeared out of nowhere and fiercely rebuked Ji Feibai: "What nonsense are you talking about? Brother Nan Xiao is already infatuated with that white lotus flower, he doesn't even see anyone else."
