Chapter 778 I Don't Want to See You
Huo Nanxiao didn't banter with Xia Ningxi. He knew Xia Ningxi harbored resentment, but he didn't care.
He still had a lot of work to do, so he didn't stay with Xia Ningxi and started working on his computer on his own.
The bedroom was large, probably around 200 square meters, and only a small light was on, so it didn't disturb Xia Ningxi's rest.

After changing into a different set of clothes, she went downstairs and found that Huo Nanxiao was still at home, sitting in the garden reading the newspaper in the sun.
"Good morning, young mistress," the housekeeper greeted her with a smile.
Xia Ningxi asked, "Isn't Huo Nanxiao going to work yet?"
"I heard that some reporters caused trouble at Yunting Group today, and it was quite a scene. So the young master simply decided not to go to the company and will most likely stay home today," the butler replied.
Xia Ningxi asked, "He still doesn't plan to hold a press conference? And there hasn't been any response from the public relations department?"
"That's right," the butler nodded.

The three children are still sleeping; it's time for them to get up.
After drinking a cup of hot juice, Xia Ningxi went upstairs to wake up the three children and helped them pack their things.
The three little ones lay groggily on the bed, sprawled out in all directions, their eyes half-open, showing no intention of getting up at all.
“Get up.” Xia Ningxi said very seriously.
The three little ones were sprawled out on the bed, their bodies limp and unresponsive, and couldn't be roused.
Xia Ningxi could only go to the bathroom, get a towel, wet it, and wipe the little ones' faces.
"Mommy, it's so cold." Xingxing hummed in her childish voice, opening her eyes with a resentful look.
Xia Ningxi said, "Get up."
"I didn't get enough sleep," Xingxing said, looking aggrieved.
Xia Ningxi had already helped him up and made him lean against the headboard. She then began to wipe Huo Yuan's face. The pitiful Huo Yuan was so frightened that he shuddered and instinctively hid in Xia Ningxi's arms.
"Mommy, Mommy." He seemed startled.
Xia Ningxi patted the little guy on the back: "Don't be afraid, I'm here, get up."
The remaining one, Chu Chu, was a bit more difficult to deal with. He could sleep soundly while holding Xia Ningxi's hand. Since Xia Ningxi couldn't wake him up, she simply stopped and told her two older brothers to get dressed, pack their bags, and leave with her.
When Chu Chu heard that her two older brothers were leaving, she immediately couldn't fall asleep. Her little eyes were wide open: "Where are you going? You're not allowed to leave Chu Chu behind."
"Get up, let's go to the dorm." Xia Ningxi carried Chu Chu into the bathroom and helped her brush her teeth and wash up.
After getting the three little ones ready, breakfast was also prepared.
Xia Ningxi led them downstairs for a meal.
Huo Xiuyuan looked at the three children, who were dressed neatly and were excessively cute, and said to Xia Ningxi with a smile, "I plan to go to the Fu family for tea today. Shall I take these three children with me?"
"Thank you, Dad. I've already promised to take them out to play. Maybe next time?" Xia Ningxi asked cautiously.
Huo Xiuyuan smiled and said, "Then next time."
He changed his mind and asked Qu Huilan to accompany him to the Fu family, and Qu Huilan agreed.
Breakfast was plentiful, but Huo Xiuyuan didn't eat much because Fu Yanghui kept calling to urge him. So Huo Xiuyuan ate a couple of bites and then asked the driver to prepare the car and get ready to leave.
"Dad, I want to take the kids back to stay today," Xia Ningxi quickly said.
Huo Xiuyuan stopped in his tracks: "Going to Lanyuan? That's fine, it's comfortable there."
“I’m going back to my staff dormitory,” Xia Ningxi said.
Huo Xiuyuan frowned deeply. He naturally didn't want to agree, but after all, he was just an elder and had no right to leave Xia Ningxi and the child behind. He looked at Huo Nanxiao with a warning in his eyes: "You take good care of Ningxi and the child."
After leaving a message, Huo Xiuyuan got into the car with Qu Huilan.
"Great, they finally agreed." Xia Ningxi breathed a sigh of relief after watching them leave.
Huo Nanxiao replied, "Do you really think they agreed?"
"Otherwise what?" Xia Ningxi retorted.
Huo Nanxiao said, "He asked me to keep you here."
“I can’t listen to you,” Xia Ningxi said.
Huo Nanxiao: "You don't have to stay in the dormitory. I can take you to the hospital during work hours and pick you up after get off work. There are also many cars in the underground parking lot for you to drive."
"Can't you tell why I want to move out?" Xia Ningxi retorted.
Huo Nanxiao said, "Can employee dormitories really be better than home?"
“I don’t want to see you, and I don’t want to live in the same house as you, so I’d rather live in the staff dormitory with the kids and a group of people than live in the old house with you.” Xia Ningxi rolled her eyes at him, turned around and went back to the old house, carrying bags and packages, and left with the three children.
