Chapter 280 Soothing the Young Mistress
Huo Nanxiao was angry, but he didn't really want to drive Xia Ningxi away.
Xia Ningxi's attitude, however, really angered him.
Especially regarding Xia Wanwan's matter, Xia Ningxi showed no remorse whatsoever.
How could Huo Nanxiao not be angry?

"Young Master Huo Yuan, Young Master Xing Xing, where are you going?" Upon seeing this, the butler immediately tried to stop the two young men.
Xia Xingxing said, "We don't want to see Daddy, we want to go back to our room."
Then he pulled Huo Yuan away.

The butler lowered his head and said, "The young mistress and the young master are both angry."
Huo Nanxiao's face was ashen: "Send dinner over there, don't let them starve to death."
"OK."
The butler immediately did as Huo Nanxiao instructed.
Not long after, everything that had been sent over was returned untouched.
"What's going on?" Huo Nanxiao asked the butler.
The housekeeper was embarrassed: "The young mistress and the young master both said they weren't hungry and didn't want to eat."
Huo Nanxiao suddenly stood up and walked upstairs.
At this moment, the door to Xia Ningxi's room was closed. Huo Nanxiao knocked twice, and Huo Yuan ran out to open the door.
"Daddy, what brings you here?" Huo Yuan asked warily, showing no intention of letting Huo Nanxiao in.
Huo Nanxiao asked, "Aren't you hungry?"
Xia Xingxing walked over at this moment, raised her chin, and said to Huo Nanxiao in a very arrogant manner, "We don't eat your food."
Huo Nanxiao's face darkened, and he strode forward with his long legs to go inside.

“Because Mommy doesn’t want to see you, you’re not allowed to go in,” Xia Xingxing replied confidently.
Huo Nanxiao was so angry he laughed. This was his home, and in all his years of life, this was the first time he had ever heard of someone not being allowed to enter his own home!
The two little ones blocked the only path with their tiny bodies, refusing to retreat an inch.
As soon as Huo Nanxiao took a step forward, the two little ones immediately blocked his way.
Huo Nanxiao stopped in his tracks.
"Brother Huo Yuan, quickly close the door, don't let him in and get in our way again." Xia Xingxing hurriedly urged Huo Yuan.
Huo Yuan slammed the door shut with a deafening bang.
Huo Nanxiao's handsome face cracked little by little. Was this still his son?
Huo Nanxiao was so angry that he lost his appetite for dinner. He couldn't do anything about his two sons, so he finally suppressed his anger and went back to his study.
At that moment, the two little ones ran up to Xia Ningxi with smug looks on their faces, eager to show off their success.
Xia Xingxing said, "Mommy, I've already chased Daddy away. He won't bother you anymore."
Huo Yuan said, "I closed the door too. Even if he smashed his head open, he still couldn't get in."
Xia Ningxi was initially in a bad mood because of Huo Nanxiao, that bastard, but seeing that her two sons were on her side made her feel a little happier.
She wasn't angry anymore.
Looking at the time, it was very late, and neither of my sons had eaten dinner.

The two little ones happily followed Xia Ningxi out of the room, and after a hearty meal, they continued to lock themselves in the guest room and refused to come out.
The next day, Xia Ningxi even took her two sons to work.
When Huo Nanxiao woke up, he was puzzled to find the house completely empty. He asked the housekeeper and learned that Xia Ningxi had left with her two sons long ago.
Huo Nanxiao was furious: "Who gave her permission to take the child away!"
The housekeeper said, "The young masters insisted on going with the young mistress, and we couldn't stop them."

The butler said cautiously, "Young Master Huo Yuan and Young Master Xingxing aren't really interested in this.
