Gu Li leaned his head on Jiang Xu's shoulder and asked, "Who gave in to whom?" He repeated in confusion, then smiled and said, "Naturally, the younger brother gave in to the older brother."
Jiang Xu felt a slight tremor in his shoulder; he knew Gu Li was engrossed in laughing. "Oh, I see," he acknowledged. "Hello, little brother."
Gu Li turned his head slightly and saw that Jiang Xu's jaw was slightly tense, the curve of which was so beautiful that he wanted to gently kiss it. He replied to Jiang Xu while looking at him, "Hello, brother."
Jiang Xu was slightly taken aback. He hadn't expected Gu Li to respond like that, "So easy to talk to today?"
Gu Li straightened up and leaned back in his chair. He reached out and took Jiang Xu's hand, then bent down and rubbed one of his fingers together. "Hmm, I'm in a good mood today."
Jiang Xu asked softly, "So, how will you be tomorrow?"
Gu Li answered without hesitation, "That should be fine too."
Jiang Xu: "And then what?"
Gu Li looked up at Jiang Xu, a slight smile playing on his lips. "And what happens next," he paused before continuing, "is up to you to guess."
Gu Li was in a really good mood today. After finishing his classes, he dragged Jiang Xu to the supermarket for a stroll.
It swayed around three times before finally ending.
Looking at the two shopping carts piled high, Jiang Xu glanced at the customers behind them who weren't queuing up. "This counts as emptying the shopping carts."
Gu Li looked at the shopping cart, pondering, "Could I have forgotten something?"
Jiang Xu, "Are you sure you mean a one-day trip?"
Gu Li: "I think so."
“Okay,” Jiang Xu smiled at Gu Li, “It looks like it’s been going on for more than a day.”
Gu Li: "Let's see what the timing and location are."
Jiang Xu: "I think it mainly depends on the people involved."
Gu Li said with a wink and a smile, “Yes,” he pointed to himself and then to Jiang Xu, “we get along very well.”
Looking at Gu Li's expression, Jiang Xu knew that Gu Li had a lot of fallacies, but these fallacies did make people feel quite good.
Jiang Xu pushed the shopping cart forward, saying, "That's a nice thing to say. Say it more often in the future."
Gu Li said, "No, I want to use scarcity marketing." He pushed another shopping cart.
Jiang Xu said, “You can also create a monopoly,” he turned back and beckoned to Gu Li with his finger, “Anyway, I’ll take over the contract.”
Gu Li joked, "Your confident demeanor is making the neighbor's kid drool."
Jiang Xu: "I only care about having a big friend."
When it was time for them to pay, Gu Li abandoned the shopping cart and went to Jiang Xu's side. "Is it me? Is it me?" he asked Jiang Xu with a smile, his eyes full of knowing slyness.
Jiang Xu noticed Gu Li's adorable expression and thought it was incredibly cute. "It's you, it's you, it's all you," he said with a smile, indulgent and gentle.
The playfulness in Gu Li's eyes faded, replaced by a genuine smile. "I only care about you."
Gu Li's good mood indeed continued into the next day. In the morning, he rang Jiang Xu's doorbell and said energetically, "Let's go now!"
The morning sun was warm and gentle, shining softly on them. Jiang Xu was driving, while Gu Li was chatting in a group chat.
As Gu Li typed, he said, "If you were a novice driver, I might be a little worried, but now I just feel exceptionally safe." He chuckled softly, "It's like an experienced driver is right beside me."
Jiang Xu: "I think you're much more of an experienced driver than I am; you can even drive a train."
Gu Li was typing and reacted a little slowly, "Hmm?"
Jiang Xu stopped the car at a red light, turned his head to look at the person typing, and teased Gu Li in the passenger seat, "Because you're good at talking nonsense."
Hearing this, Gu Li stopped fiddling with his phone. "I'm sad. I won't run away next time," he said, pulling out a tissue and folding it. "I'm such a proper person."
Jiang Xu: "Who in their right mind would fold paper like that?"
Gu Li pointed his hand at Jiang Xu as if it were a gun, and said casually, "It's yours, and the light is about to turn green. If you don't watch where you're going, you'll get honked at."
Jiang Xu looked ahead and agreed, "That's true, they're all mine now, we have plenty of time to look at them properly."
Gu Li paused in his origami folding, then turned his head to look closely at Jiang Xu. "Yeah, just like me, I can keep looking now." His voice trailed off, and he really looked at Jiang Xu for a while before lowering his head to continue his work.
The original paper airplane has been transformed into something else.
While waiting at the next red light, Gu Li nudged Jiang Xu's arm, then quickly clasped her hands together. Jiang Xu looked over, somewhat puzzled, "What's wrong?"
Gu Li raised his chin slightly, gesturing for Jiang Xu to look at his hands. "I've finished folding it. Are you curious about what I folded?"
Jiang Xu looked down at Gu Li's hand. "Curious," he said, tapping Gu Li's hand tentatively, "Open Sesame?"
Gu Li couldn't help but smile. "Okay, open the door." He raised his upper hand, and a small origami lay in the palm of his other hand.
It was a small heart, lying peacefully in Gu Li's palm. "For you."
Jiang Xu opened his palm and took the origami, saying, "You're always sending me love."
Gu Li, "Tired of it?"
Jiang Xu looked up at Gu Li and said, "I won't get tired of it. I'll just wonder what the next one will be like." After he finished speaking, he looked straight ahead and naturally put the origami into the pocket on his chest.
It's still right next to my heart, in the same spot as in the last photo.
Gu Li smiled to himself, then turned his head to look out the window, his heart pounding, hot and warm.
Sitting next to him was another passionate and warm person, the one he had firmly chosen.
They picked up Xu Lang and his companion first, and then picked up Lü Chao and his group, making a total of six people in their car.
Lu Chao was the last to arrive. After sitting down, he rubbed his eyes and said, "This is so unfriendly to my schedule."
Ji Hai, "I advised you to go to bed early before I left, but you've been being unfair to yourself."
Xu Lang chuckled, “Hai, we should choose to respect other people’s fate, for example, just let him be trapped.”
Xie Tao "deserves respect."
Gu Li sighed, "What a pity, I should have come earlier."
Lü Chao said, "As expected, being in love doesn't change a person's nature. When you're being a dog, you really aren't human at all."
Gu Li chuckled, "No way, you should get some sleep. It'll be your turn to drive later." He looked at Jiang Xu, "I'll drive. We're going to be on the highway soon."
Jiang Xu nodded. Although he was already used to driving on elevated roads, he was still in his probationary period. "Just say so if you get tired."
Gu Li nodded. "There are three lucky guests coming up, so please be ready."
Xu Lang replied quickly, "Why are there three of you?"
