Chapter 95 Abandonment

Chapter 95 Abandonment

"Just like back then, when you had a new family, the first thing you did was to send me away."

"Huai..."

"Stop interfering in my life. I don't want anything from you."

As he said this, he took Xu Chunian's hand and said, "Let's go."

When I went out, the setting sun fell on the top of the mountain, making the sky crimson.

Jiang Huaixu's icy face showed no emotion. He helped Xu Chunian close the door and walked around to the other side.

"elder brother!"

The man paused and looked calmly at Jiang Jingchen who was standing on the steps.

He put one hand in his pocket, jumped down the stairs, and walked slowly to Jiang Huaixu, "I'm sorry."

"There's nothing to apologize for." Jiang Huaixu opened the car door.

Jiang Jingchen moved his mouth, but ultimately said nothing, watching the car disappear at the end.

He felt a little lost, turned around, and saw Lan Yueying standing on the steps.

"mom."

Lan Yueying glanced at him calmly and said, "Go back."

"Why?"

"No reason." Lan Yueying gathered her shawl around her body. "Everything I do is for your own good."

Jiang Jingchen was a little disappointed. "When I was little, you made Dad think that my brother didn't like me, so you let him move out and live on his own. Was that for my own good?"

Lan Yueying looked at him silently for a few seconds and said, "Yes."

Jiang Jingchen took a step back sadly, "Why do you think you have to fight with each other? Isn't it good for the family to live in peace?"

When he was a child, Jiang Huaixu didn't like to talk to anyone. At that time, he didn't understand that his mother was a third party. He chased after his brother all day long. Although his brother was impatient, he would take good care of him and not let him fall.

Later, it turned out that his brother pushed him down, and the snacks his brother brought back caused him to eat and be sent to the hospital.

"If he hadn't left, based on his ability, would your father have treated him fairly?" Lan Yueying was a little impatient with his ignorance. "Your father has a lot of people he supports outside. How much have I paid over the years to prevent you from having another brother or sister?"

"mom!"

"That's enough!" Lan Yueying shouted angrily, "What do you want me to do? Go tell your dad what I have done all these years. Go ahead! Let him kick us all out. By then, the entire Jiang family will belong to Jiang Huaixu. See if he will recognize you as his brother."

Jiang Jingchen smiled bitterly, "I have never thought about competing for anything, and I am not interested in company management."

"Xiaochen, all this mom has done is for you. For so many years, mom has been bullied by her parents-in-law and scolded by people in the circle in order to gain a foothold in the Jiang family." Lan Yueying's eyes flashed with sadness. "You have never suffered, so you don't know how unattainable what you have now was to me back then."

As she spoke, she wiped the tears from the corners of her eyes and curled her lips with some pride, "So what? Who would not respectfully call me Madam Jiang when they see me now?"

Jiang Jingchen closed his eyes in pain.

"He's not your brother. You two are destined to be rivals." She regained her nonchalant look, "Go in quickly and don't keep your father waiting for too long."

Jiang Mingqian watched the two people come in and asked, "Why did you take so long?"

Lan Yueying sat next to him and said, "Xiaochen hasn't seen Huaixu for a long time. I wanted to catch up with my brother."

"What did you talk about?" Jiang Mingqian put the teacup in his hand on the coffee table.

Lan Yueying pretended to sigh, "You also know Huai Xu's temper."

Jiang Mingqian was furious, "He said it so decisively, from now on just treat me as if I don't have this son!"

"Alright." Lan Yueying patted him on the shoulder. "Hurry up and eat. You've been tired all day. Stop getting angry!"

"Mom and Dad, you guys eat. I'm not hungry. I'll go upstairs first." Jiang Jingchen lowered his eyes.

Lan Yueying smiled helplessly, "This child is too sentimental."

Jiang Mingqian sighed slightly.
