Chapter 93 The Stinging Pepper Falls to My Chest

The woman took out a medium-sized set and handed it to him: "This should be about the same."

Wen Zhaoye nodded, took out his money, and before the shopkeeper could pack it up, he pulled the underwear over and stuffed it into the red dress bag.

He quickly walked up to Wen Jiaojiao and said, "Take advantage of the fact that there's no one on the road now, and hurry up and put it on."

Wen Jiaojiao placed her hands on the shore and leaped up. "Splash!" The water flowed down from above, and her clothes clung to her body, outlining her shapely figure.

Wen Zhaoye looked away, his voice unnatural, and said, "Let's change in the woods."

Wen Jiaojiao took the package and walked into the woods, dripping wet. She opened it, her face flushing slightly, and said:

"He even has underwear. I really feel bad that this young man has to put up with my madness."

Sunlight dappled through the leaves onto Wen Jiaojiao's face, and she took off her clothes and put them on without hesitation.

The red dress had a fitted waist and a small V-neck design, with a zipper at the back. She tried to reach behind her back with both arms, but couldn't zip it up. She glanced at Wen Zhaoye, who was standing with his back to her outside the woods, and said:

"Brother, come and help me with something."

Wen Zhaoye turned around, and when he saw a splash of red through the dappled shadows of the trees, a glint of light flashed in his eyes. He then stepped forward and said:

"What's wrong?"

Wen Jiaojiao had her back to him, her neck slightly lowered, and said:

"Please zip up my fly."

At the zipper opening, her skin was fair and radiant, encasing her beautiful shoulder blades.

Wen Zhaoye's handsome face was burning hot, his thin lips were slightly pursed, and his fingertips trembled as he gently pinched the zipper and slowly pulled it up:

"What is it that you can't say outright, that you have to do these things at such a crucial moment?"

Wen Jiaojiao's face showed a moment of panic, then she swept her long hair behind her back, turned around to face him, and said:

"Don't overthink it, I just sometimes have a lapse in judgment..."

Before she could finish speaking, a sharp pain shot through her chest, making Wen Jiaojiao's scalp tingle. She cried out in panic:

"Brother, I feel something, something fell on me, and it hurts."

Wen Zhaoye's gaze shifted downwards, and he saw a bright green caterpillar perched on her V-neck, its presence particularly striking against her fair skin.

His handsome face stiffened slightly, and without thinking twice, he reached out and said, "Don't move, it's a shrew, I'll get rid of it for you."

Spicy sesame?

Wen Jiaojiao was not only afraid of naked snakes, but also of mollusks. She panicked, lost all reason, and instinctively jumped several times, sobbing:

Did it fall?

Suddenly, Wen Zhaoye paused, watching helplessly as the stinging pepper fell into his collar.

His pupils trembled slightly, and he said anxiously, beads of sweat forming on his forehead, "It fell in! Get it out quickly, otherwise this stuff is poisonous and will hurt wherever it touches."

Upon hearing this, Wen Jiaojiao's face showed fear. She frantically clutched her collar with both hands, but did not see Yang Lazi. Her anxious voice, tinged with tears, said:

"Please take it out for me quickly, I can't see it and it's hard to find."

As the neckline was pulled down, a picture of pink lace lingerie covering her beautiful, full breasts was revealed.

Wen Zhaoye glanced awkwardly at his hands, then at her ample breasts.

His handsome face turned a deep purplish-red. After hesitating for a second, he decisively raised one hand to grab her collar and reached inside with the other.

The stinging pepper fell into the lining between his underwear and skirt. As Wen Zhaoye groped around, the back of his hand rubbed hard against the soft fabric, making him feel like a boiled shrimp.

A burning pain shot through the skin above her collar. Wen Jiaojiao's face flushed crimson, her eyes welling with tears as she turned to one side. Fortunately, she didn't feel any pain in her chest.

A moment later, Wen Zhaoye, pinching the stinging pepper, endured the pain in his hand, withdrew his hand, and threw it on the ground. He glanced up at her reddened collarbone area and said in an unnatural tone:

"Are you still in pain? If not, go to the hospital."

Wen Jiaojiao realized she couldn't avoid the hospital. Last time she faked fainting and got two IV drips, and now she's pulled the same stunt again.

She twitched her nose slightly, and an uneasy aura emanated from her as she said, "No need, is your hand alright?"

Wen Zhaoye's fingertips stung and went numb, but he didn't care at all and said, "It's nothing, let's go back to the hotel."

Wen Jiaojiao walked down the street, her eye-catching red dress drawing many people's attention.

She covered her face with one hand, her eyes filled with unease.

Could it be that Wen Zhaoye bought this color on purpose to attract attention and make people come up to identify it?

Wen Zhaoye thought the dress was pretty at the time, and he did indeed have that intention.

He carefully observed the reactions of those around him, but no one came up to greet him all the way to the hotel.

After entering the room, Wen Jiaojiao breathed a sigh of relief and said, "Brother, can you sleep with me for a while this afternoon?"

"Okay, you go to sleep first. I'm going out for a bit, I'll be right back."

After Wen Zhaoye finished speaking, he casually pulled Wen Jiaojiao's ID card from his suitcase pocket, realizing that letting her continue to interrupt was not a good idea.

You can just ask her with her photo, which will prevent the mistake of having the same name but not the same person.

Wen Jiaojiao sat cross-legged on the bed, raising her hand to stroke her chin, her gaze fixed intently on his hand:

That kid is really well-prepared.

Continuing like this is not a solution at all.

But now that we're out here, there has to be a place where we can survive without an ID card, right?

How could I, a person from the future, be crippled in this place?

After careful consideration, Wen Jiaojiao nodded in agreement. Wen Zhaoye had expected some maneuvering, but she gave him a clear and unambiguous answer.

A hint of surprise flashed in his eyes, but without thinking much of it, he walked to the hotel front desk and turned to the woman there, saying:

"Could you please keep an eye on my sister? She's the pretty girl who lives in the same room as me."
