Qin Zhiluo and Guan Du followed them into the woods. The others watched from the monitoring room.
The moonlight struggled to penetrate the layers of branches and leaves, casting a few pale rays. The fallen leaves underfoot crunched eerily with each step.
"I said this game is good, let's make some arrangements when we get back," Qin Zhiluo said, raising an eyebrow at Guandu, who was catching a rabbit.
"Okay," Guandu said, picking up the rabbit and hiding it under a tree hole. "Take it back for the children to play with."
Everything they said was transmitted to the monitoring room.
Guan Du's sudden action made his ears turn bright red instantly. Jun Lin subconsciously lowered his head, a slight smile playing on his lips.
"Oh my, you're so lucky, brother," Li Huangchen said, looking at Jun Lin with a teasing expression.
"Can I go and participate in the sneak attack later?" Wenjing couldn't wait to join them.
“Sure,” Long Yanli said casually.
Qin Zhiluo and Guan Du found an open space, lit a fire, and sat down to warm themselves by the fire.
"Want some grilled fish?" Guan Du couldn't sit still and wanted to go catch fish in the river.
"Okay," Qin Zhiluo immediately got to work, finding a few large leaves and sticks.
Soon their fish was grilled.
"It looks delicious," Wenjing said, feeling the aroma even through the screen.
"Those two certainly know how to enjoy themselves," Li Huangchen said, sipping his tasteless tea with deep envy.
Long Jiu watched from the side, wondering why no one had found the Madam and the official brothers. Their cigarettes were billowing so thickly; were they blind?!
"It's time for the sneak attack." Long Jiu wanted to take Miss Wenjing over, but they all got up and left together, leaving him alone in the monitoring room.
Long Jiu: I'm so lonely! Can I join? Sigh!
"Count me in!" Wenjing sat down next to Qin Zhiluo as quickly as possible, took the grilled fish from her, and began to eat it in big mouthfuls.
They had both noticed their presence a long time ago.
"Is it over?" Qin Zhiluo looked at them in confusion.
"Sneak attack" Long Yanli pulled the little girl to his side and grilled her another one.
"Doesn't seem like it?" Guan Du watched them snatch their fish like hungry wolves with a half-smile.
"Not bad cooking!" Li Huangchen had already finished one, wiped his mouth casually, and gave them a thumbs up.
Guandu went to the tree hole to get the rabbit and gave it to Junlin to play with, knowing that he liked furry things.
Fu Yiming elegantly brewed tea.
"You brought the teacup and tea?" Wenjing looked at him with some surprise.
"Hmm," Fu Yiming glanced at her with amusement, and handed the tea to Wenjing first.
Long Jiu watched them from the monitoring room. "Should I send some snacks over?"
About two hours later.
Long Yi walked up to them and said, "Madam, I'm the only one left."
"Thank you for your hard work," Qin Zhilu patted his shoulder and handed him a gun.
Long Yi was terrified. Good heavens! I was actually going to shoot his wife and the official brother!
"Hurry up, don't delay me from getting the money," Qin Zhiluo smiled at him.
Dragon One struck Qin Zhiluo's chest with a trembling motion. Holy crap! That was so exciting!!!
"And me," Guan Du stood up, picked up his gun, held his hand, and shot himself in the heart. "Congratulations, champion."
Long Yi was somewhat apprehensive; this championship was burning hot in his hands!
They tidied up the place, and you couldn't tell they had ever had a picnic there.
"Sleep," Qin Zhilu leaned wearily against Long Yanli's chest.
