Chapter 381 Mr. Qi recovers

The Chang family did not rest all night. After considering many factors, Grandpa Chang still felt that these things could not be kept at home and had to be handed over.
But there are some rules for how to pay. These things appeared in his house for no apparent reason. If those with ulterior motives knew about it, who knows what kind of trouble it would cause.
Old Master Chang asked Chang Yin and Chang Yin to make a list of these things overnight. After breakfast in the morning, Old Master Chang went straight to Mr. Qi's office.
When Secretary Tian brought Mr. Chang into Mr. Qi's office, the doctor was examining Mr. Qi.
Mr. Qi was in a good mood today. "Old Chang, what brings you here?"
"Sir, you sound as if I'm not coming."
Mr. Qi laughed out loud and was about to say something when he was interrupted by the doctor.
The doctor asked tentatively, "Sir, did you eat anything last night?"
The doctor's voice trembled as he asked. Mr. Qi didn't mind. He felt incredibly comfortable all over today, and his breathing was much smoother. He didn't answer the doctor's questions so casually.
"It's still the same as always, a bowl of porridge and a steamed bun, nothing else."
The doctor looked at Secretary Tian, and Secretary Tian nodded affirmatively.
The doctor shook his head, "No, something is very wrong."
After he finished speaking, Mr. Chang and Secretary Tian took two steps forward. Mr. Qi seemed unconcerned. The doctor continued to ask.
"Sir, what happened last night?"
Mr. Qi said casually, "I don't know when I fell asleep. It was Old Tian who put me to bed."
"What?" Secretary Tian looked at Mr. Qi suspiciously.
Mr. Qi looked at Secretary Tian. "What's wrong? Why are you so startled?"
Secretary Tian looked at Mr. Qi and said, "Sir, I didn't take you to bed last night. You were already asleep when I came in, so I didn't disturb you."
Mr. Qi also noticed something was wrong at this point. "You said you weren't the one who got me into bed?"
Secretary Tian nodded affirmatively. Mr. Qi frowned, "But I clearly remember I was writing something when I suddenly fainted."
The doctor and Secretary Tian were both shocked, but the doctor immediately realized that something was wrong. If the gentleman had fainted, how come he was in such good health?
He said, "Sir, you are in great health now, better than ever before."
Mr. Qi agreed, saying he felt it too. But what he said next left the others speechless.
The doctor continued, "Sir, the cancer is gone from your body, and your old injuries appear to have healed."
After hearing the doctor's words, several people looked at Mr. Qi. They couldn't believe their ears and were shocked at the same time.
Secretary Tian was the first to react. He took two steps forward and looked at the doctor. "What kind of joke is this? How can you make such a joke in front of a gentleman? Do you have any sense of propriety?"
The doctor knew what kind of reaction this sentence would cause, but this was the result of his examination.
"Sir, you should take some time to go to the hospital for a check-up. This is the result I found so far."
Mr. Qi was silent. He believed what the doctor said, but how could this be possible? How could a body that had been tormented by illness for so many years suddenly recover? In just one night?
And that was cancer? How could it just disappear for no reason? But he knew his body, and the feeling he had right now was so incredibly comfortable, he didn't even know what comfort was anymore.
Mr. Chang seemed to have thought of something. He looked at Mr. Qi and said, "Sir, can I have a few words with you alone?"
Mr. Qi waved his hand, and Secretary Tian and the doctor went out. As they walked, one could still hear Secretary Tian asking the doctor questions for confirmation.
Mr. Qi stood up and stretched. "I feel very well now, but is this possible? Old Chang, what do you think?"
In the past, the old man would not have believed it, but so many things had happened to that little girl recently that he had to believe it.
"Sir, I came to you to talk about something."
"you say."
Mr. Chang told Mr. Qi what happened at home last night, and then he took out a list from his pocket and handed it to Mr. Qi.
In fact, they all suspected that Tang Yue had some secrets. After all, Japan had lost a lot of things during Tang Yue's stay, and Nandao had recently sent a lot of good things to China, and it was obvious that most of those things were made in Japan.
There is no record of these items being transported, either at customs or elsewhere.
Mr. Qi smiled after reading it and looked at Mr. Chang.
"The little girl is quite generous."
Mr. Chang looked back at Mr. Qi and nodded, "It's indeed very generous."
Mr. Qi raised his eyebrows, feeling that there was something else behind Mr. Chang's words.
Old Master Chang stood up and said, "Sir, if you think these things are okay in my house, then I'll go back. I'll have Chang Yin pick out some that can be used and send them over later."
Mr. Qi smiled and said, "Then I'll borrow your light."
Mr. Chang looked at Mr. Qi and said, "Sir, you should have seen that little girl, right?"
Mr. Qi nodded, and Mr. Chang said, “It should be the people of the whole country who have benefited from Mr. Qi’s help.
Sir, please take some time to go to the hospital for a physical examination."
After saying these words, he left.
Mr. Qi had an idea, but he thought it was unlikely. He called in the doctor and Secretary Tian.
"I'm cancer-free now?"
The doctor nodded affirmatively, "Sir, at least based on my current examination, you are in very good health, comparable to a 20-year-old young man."
Secretary Tian had confirmed this with the doctor several times outside, but hearing it again still seemed very mysterious.
"Let's go to the hospital for a checkup."
If it weren't for the need to confirm his own thoughts, Mr. Qi would definitely not have gone. Time was too precious. But today, Mr. Qi still agreed.
After coming out of the hospital, Secretary Tian felt like his feet were not his own and his whole body was light, as if he was floating in the sky and could not land on solid ground.
How is that possible? How is that possible?
No one knew Mr. Li's health condition better than him, but in just one night, Mr. Li's health suddenly recovered, and it was completely healed.
He felt that the gentleman's complexion was different from usual.
"Let's go to Old Chang's house."
Tang Yue had no idea how much of a commotion her actions had caused among the upper echelons of the entire military region. She was now sleeping soundly and comfortably.
After waking up, she went to the department store with Sun Jinan. Sister Lai used to work here, and she wondered if she was still there. She hadn't seen her for a long time, and she missed her quite a bit.
And after what happened last time, Tang Yue wondered if Sister Lai was implicated. She wanted to go and find out.
As expected, Sister Lai no longer worked at the department store. The things there weren't as good as those in Tang Yue's space. She didn't buy anything and went straight back.
At Chang Yin's house, Old Master Chang, Commander Huang and Mr. Qi were sitting in Old Master Chang's study chatting.
"Old Chang, without saying anything else, just give me some of the Schisandra chinensis, tea leaves, and honey."
Old Master Chang glared at Commander Huang angrily and said, "Those were brought to me by the little girl. There's no place for you. Go pick something else."
"No, Lao Chang, don't be so stingy. What's wrong with giving me a little? Oh, yes, and kill that wild goat quickly, and give me a leg of lamb. I haven't had roasted lamb legs in a long time. That taste, wow, it makes me addicted just thinking about it."
After finishing speaking, Commander Huang looked at Mr. Qi and said, "Sir, I'll ask Secretary Tian to get you some to replenish your body.
How can the Chang family finish all the meat?"
Mr. Qi smiled. He was now completely sure that it was the little girl who cured his illness. In the whole of China, probably no one else could do it except her.
However, the fact that the little girl didn't show up proved that she didn't want to talk about this matter. He respected the little girl's opinion. This matter was too bizarre. If too many people knew about it, it might not be a good thing for the little girl.
But Mr. Qi was also worried. How should he thank the little girl?
