Upon hearing this, Long Qian turned around and made a phone call.
A short while later, someone knocked on the door; it was the doctor.
The cub immediately crawled over and nuzzled its older sister.
The doctor smiled, her smile bright and cheerful. She still called him "baby" and "darling" in the same gentle tone as before, and even used hair clips to fix his hair. It seemed that nothing had changed from before.
Several other uncles familiar to the cubs were also standing outside the door, guarding the cubs' safety. When they saw the cubs looking over, they greeted them.
Each person's personality and demeanor were different, and Long Qian perfectly recreated them one-to-one...
How could Long Qian not go insane under such intense mental control?
It's just that I've held on until now because of the deep-seated desire to protect my cubs.
And he concealed it very well in front of the cubs, so the cubs didn't notice anything amiss.
He thought his father was still safe and sound, so he breathed a huge sigh of relief and soaked in the small toy bathtub, almost melting away.
The father quickly scooped him up, held him in his arms and wiped him clean, and found that the child did indeed seem to have shrunk again.
Long Qian was afraid that something might happen to the cub, so he could only cut his wrist again, thinking that no matter what, he had to feed the cub some.
Unexpectedly, the hungry cubs came close to them on their own.
The little guy licked the blood from his father's wound with tiny licks. There was no need to squeeze hard; the little guy didn't even have time to swallow the blood droplets that came out.
What kind of zombie eats a meal with such delicate features?
Still the Zombie King.
Long Qian sighed. It wasn't that he doubted the cub's identity; he was just worried that the cub, being so fragile and possessing such a powerful identity, would attract the attention of those with ulterior motives.
But the kid is so clueless, he doesn't know any of this.
The cub sipped and sucked for most of the day until his belly was round and full. Then he lay down on the spot, his belly up and he was breathing softly.
It looks like a newborn kitten with a bulging belly from nursing.
A hint of infatuation appeared in Long Qian's eyes; only when taking care of the child could he relax.
His only solace was the adorable cubs.
But he didn't expect that the cub would also help him consume some of the rejection and burden from other ability users. These abilities ran rampant in the cub's body, causing the cub to uncontrollably grow bigger and smaller.
Like a pitiful lump of dough being kneaded and rolled by an invisible hand.
It's embarrassing even in front of your dad!
The older boy, Qian Yuan, was very concerned about his reputation. He huddled shyly in his father's arms, burying his burning face in his father's chest, seemingly unwilling to lift his head even if it meant death.
"Don't laugh at me... I'm just unstable in terms of strength..."
Looking at the beautiful boy in her arms, who was as beautiful as a snowman, Long Qian had the idea of locking him in the room forever, so that no one else could see him.
But his expression remained calm as he carefully tidied Qian Yuan's sideburns.
"Um."
"Why would your father laugh at you?"
He kissed Qianyuan's forehead, his tone as gentle and tender as ever: "You will always be Daddy's baby."
But we will never allow others to covet it.
At this moment, Long Qian thought of something. He recalled Long Yiling's loyal demeanor when he protected Qian Yuan, and couldn't help but ask Qian Yuan:
"What's the deal with Long Yiling? Did he find you?"
Qianyuan said, "No, we just bumped into each other on the road. I couldn't find my clothes by myself, so my uncle helped me."
Long Qian's gaze deepened, his eyes lingering on Qian Yuan's face and lips.
The little guy still looked bewildered, and it seemed he hadn't been led astray by anyone yet.
Long Qian didn't have Qian Yuan's clothing size, so he could only give her his own clothes. After Qian Yuan was covered up, it was like she was wearing a dress; it was long all over.
Moreover, Chiyuki's hair is too long, and it's quite troublesome to manage, especially since it's prone to getting messy and dusty.
But Long Qian seemed unwilling to let Qian Yuan cut her hair. He would rather spend time taking care of Qian Yuan than let her give up any part of herself.
“Your baby is beautiful no matter what, and doesn’t need any changes. I have the means to let you grow up in a safe environment.”
“My baby is different from other zombies. Other zombies eat scraps outside, but my baby has a father to take care of him. Even if you do nothing, your father will still take care of you.”
Qian Yuan didn't actually mean that, but seeing Long Qian's almost obsessive thoughts, she slowly shut her mouth.
Fine, I'll just keep my hair long then.
In any case, all Qianyuan needs to do is snuggle in her father's arms and be lazy; her father will take care of everything else for her.
In Long Qian's eyes, Qian Yuan always seemed to be that toddler who never had to lift a finger.
However, every time Qian Yuan said he wanted to go out and see the world, or wanted to wear clothes that suited him, Long Qian would always come up with a reason to refuse him.
It's raining today, we haven't had time to find clothes yet while collecting supplies, everyone's very busy...etc.
Moreover, Long Qian has started to change.
Sometimes Long Qian can be very fierce and controlling. He demands that Qian Yuan do something, and Qian Yuan has to do it. There are rules about what to eat, whether it's vegetables or fruit, what time to go to bed, what time to read, and when to come over and cuddle with her father.
If Qianyuan doesn't follow Longqian's rules, she will be severely punished.
He would get his hands slapped and be forced to copy his father's name. Sometimes when he secretly ate snacks, Long Qian would feed him a lot of blood until the little guy was so full that he cried and said he would never steal snacks again.
Sometimes Long Qian would become gloomy and withdrawn, shrinking into a corner and unable to do anything, requiring Qian Yuan to stay with him. The little guy would then have to try his best to coax his father, wiping his face and shaving him, feeding him, and snuggling into his arms so his father could hear his breathing.
Only then will Long Qian close his eyes and go to sleep.
Qian Yuan had subconsciously sensed something. He felt that Long Qian's changes were related to the supernatural power that had been hanging over the city, so the little guy secretly slipped out to see the truth.
But the moment Qianyuan jumped out of the window, everyone in the city turned their faces to look in her direction.
[They're so disobedient.]
[This baby is not well-behaved at all.]
This thought has crossed everyone's mind.
Before Qianyuan could figure out what was making him feel terrified, he landed and saw the doctor standing in front of him. He quickly grabbed her hand.
"Sister! My dad has been acting really strange lately! Please come and check on him! Sometimes he can't even take care of himself, he can't even sleep! And he's so mean, he even hit me, even though he's never hit me before!"
The little guy grabbed the doctor's hand and poured out his heart, complaining like a kitten meowing and circling around an adult's feet.
I hope the adults will hurry up and help him vent his anger and punish the bad father.
The doctor's expression froze for a moment before she finally smiled.
"So, do you hate your dad?"
