It used to be a little cub, but now it's curled up into a round, blanket-like creature.
It seems like he really suffered some great injustice.
But this only makes people want to bully him more.
Lift the blanket to see the soft baby filling.
A gentle rub is enough to make the cub's delicate little face turn red.
It has to be said that this little guy is a perfect accessory, making you want to destroy it, yet you can't help but feel sorry for it.
Mephisto thought to himself, and ignoring his adjutant's questions, hung up the phone and carefully reached out to poke the cub's bottom.
The little dumpling bounced twice from being poked, and then a wrinkled little face peeked out from the gap in the blanket, looking at him.
For a moment, Mephisto fell silent again.
He looked at the cub in front of him, picked up his phone, and sent another message to his adjutant:
"I don't think he's angry with me."
"He's being affectionate with me."
"Plump up".
adjutant:……
Mephius reached out to touch the cub, and the cub did not refuse, puffing out its cheeks to let its father pinch them.
Mephisto didn't dare to squeeze too hard, for fear of squeezing the angry cub flat.
Now Mephisto, who doesn't understand human emotions, is even more confused. Why would the cub let him pinch its cheeks when it's angry?
Moreover, the cub seems to enjoy being pinched, and its affection level keeps rising.
So Mephius confidently sent a message to his adjutant:
"He's just being coquettish."
"That's just saying one thing and meaning another."
adjutant:……
Lieutenant: Tell me, which unfortunate little brat has been targeted by their general? Or has their general finally gone mad and started hallucinating?
After much deliberation, the adjutant felt that the second possibility was more likely.
The adjutant immediately went online to consult the Federation's most authoritative expert on alpha mental strength. After listening for a long time, the expert told the adjutant with great certainty: This alpha who fantasizes about having a child must have entered a vulnerable period. Some alphas, because they do not receive enough comfort from omegas, will experience anxiety and insecurity, and then exhibit nesting behavior, hoping to gain their own sense of security through a child.
The adjutant continued:
"But that alpha has never been comforted by an omega."
"Furthermore, his mental strength has been in disarray for many years. He is the highest-ranking alpha in the entire Federation, and ordinary omegas simply cannot appease him."
The expert on the other side was already wiping away sweat.
"You...you mean to say..."
The adjutant said, "Yes, it's our general."
The expert seemed to have heard some incredible secret, and he gave a smile that was more like a grimace:
"I...I won't be executed, will I?"
The adjutant said, "Judging from the general's current mood, your chances of survival are very high."
Upon hearing this, the expert's smile became even more strained.
Meanwhile, Mephius was unaware that his adjutant was cricketing at him with others. He slowly kneaded the cricket into a puddle before looking up to check on its condition.
The small status bar was now filled with many rounded characters, incomplete and fragmented, as if written by a baby:
Status: The cub is not so angry (Although you are the cub's favorite dad, petting the cub will only calm it down a little).
And because QQ was still angry after a long time, a mark indicating anger had appeared on its fluffy head.
It's like a little red hair clip to give a cub a boost in presence.
The system couldn't stand seeing such a clueless dad who didn't know how to soothe his baby. Although the previous dads had gone through a process of becoming skilled from novices, none of them were like this dad who didn't even know what his baby needed.
Fortunately, the little one is not a wimpy kid. He has been unwaveringly loved by his father countless times and he knows how to guide his silly father to coax him.
"I'll let you in on a little secret: if you want your little one to calm down, you need to give them a gift they like."
When Mephisto heard the cub say that, he inexplicably felt like he was being lectured, perhaps because he also desperately wanted to get rid of the restlessness and discomfort in his heart. So, upon hearing this, he immediately prepared himself to be heftyly exploited by the game designers.
Even though it's just a virtual omega cub, it can fetch an astronomical price...
This might somewhat make up for Mephisto's excessive thoughts and feelings of guilt towards the cubs.
Mephius was prepared to go bankrupt.
And then the familiar product list popped up again:
"The father can choose any of the following items to give to the cub:"
Small cakes, a soft mattress, osmanthus cake, milk, and a plush duck doll.
Alright, I thought they'd ask for an exorbitant price, but it turns out the cub just threw a tantrum again.
Mephisto pinched the bridge of his nose and decided to select all and multiply them all by 10.
A chibi-style baby avatar with a furrowed brow popped up on the screen:
"Don't buy too much! The baby won't be able to digest it if he can't finish it!"
Mephisto looked at the tiny baby shrew on the screen and laughed speechlessly.
The silly boy was afraid that his small demands would scare his father, so he cautiously hid behind the merchandise box, watching his father's expression.
The frustration of wanting to spend money but not being able to find a place to do so is infuriating. Mephisto understands how those whales feel watching this game and desperately biting their handkerchiefs.
And this game is too daring. Or rather, the cubs don't look like omega cubs at all.
If such an omega cub truly existed, not only the Omega Protection Association, but the entire Federation and the entire interstellar space would regard him as a supreme treasure and surround him with all things beautiful.
