Chapter 460 Zombie World Side Story Part 2

Long Qian silently opened his eyes, and what he felt was the pressure of the child's body wrapped around his head.

He was still alive, so of course he could feel the soreness and discomfort in his neck, but seeing the little guy sleeping soundly on the pillow, Long Qian endured it.

Perhaps because he sensed that his father wouldn't be angry with him, and because the child was now carefree and much bolder, he no longer suppressed his thoughts and needs, and boldly expressed them to his father.

The child looked at the ridiculously poorly tailored clothes he was wearing, picked them up, and grumbled in disgust for a long time.

Long Qian immediately understood what "cub" meant.

He had no choice but to take the child around looking for children's clothes. The zombies were quite obedient in front of the awakened Qianyuan, so Long Qian had no choice but to take him to the mall to browse around as Qianyuan requested.

Compared to the prosperous city before the apocalypse, the shopping mall now appears much dilapidated. Essential supplies have been looted by the coming and going humans, leaving only useless furniture, clothes, and decorations.

But the children still had a great time.

He also asked Long Qian to push a shopping cart that could accommodate a small child, and to push the cub forward.

But as they walked, the cub stopped in the empty children's area.

Long Qian: "Weren't you supposed to be getting clothes?"

But the child wouldn't listen; his attention was completely drawn to the ocean balls.

So Long Qian had to stop, sometimes poking the zombies that were too close with a stick, and sometimes turning around to see how much longer the children would play.

Four- or five-year-old children are at their most energetic. If their parents don't supervise them, they can play in their favorite places for hours on end.

Until it was buried in the ball pit with a "plop" and wouldn't get up.

Long Qian was startled. He went over and scooped the baby up, only to find the little guy clutching his stomach and saying he felt flat.

I'm starving.

Long Qian doesn't have the habit of eating breakfast, and he hasn't had children for so long that he's forgotten that children also need to eat breakfast.

In addition, the baby's clothes hadn't been picked out yet, and he was covered in dust and sweat from playing, his hair was all wet, and to make matters worse, the baby tucked his toes in mid-air:

"Yeah, I can't hold it in..."

Long Qian rushed into the bathroom with the baby in her arms, then used her superpower to heat the water in the tap and give the baby a bath. Ignoring the baby's opinion, she hastily picked out a few children's clothes for him to wear.

Finally, they even hunted a mutant beast and roasted it for the children.

All morning, Long Qian felt like he was very busy and tired...

Meanwhile, the hungry child kept burrowing into his arms, his eyes practically glued to the roasted meat.

Long Qian could only reach out and cover the child's face:

"Wait a little longer, just a moment."

Long Qian was afraid the meat wouldn't be cooked through, and with the child's silent urging, he wanted to hurry up. As a result, he wasn't careful and the heat went up, and the meat burned again.

The child, who had been waiting for a long time without getting any food, finally let out a loud and aggrieved cry.

Long Qian had never been so busy and helpless. Fortunately, Long Yiling, who had been following behind them, appeared in time to help Long Qian. The cub was finally able to eat the roasted meat it had been longing for.

Long Qian glanced at the child whose mouth and face were covered in oil from eating, and all violent and terrible thoughts disappeared from his mind. All he could think about was taking the child to take a bath later.

If there's any way to stop the crazy Long Qian from going crazy, the answer is to give him a super energetic child.

Even with Long Yiling added, they were still struggling to manage the child.

The cubs started having stomach aches again because they ate too much oily food.

They simply couldn't understand why the zombie cub would have a stomachache...

However, I still had to go back to see the doctor.

The doctor rolled his eyes at the child, who was a mess, with oil and dust on his face, his beautiful white hair sticking up like a hedgehog, and his clothes all disheveled.

Long Qian remained silent, never expecting that the cubs would be so difficult to raise once they grew a bit older.

Although the doctor had just argued with Long Qian, the baby hadn't done anything wrong, so the doctor gently rubbed the baby's tummy and prescribed some digestive medicine.

Then she took the initiative to wipe the child's face, tidy up his clothes, and comb his hair.

The little one has finally transformed from a tattered rag into a sparkling treasure.

The cubs that liked the doctor immediately switched sides and lay still on her lap.

Long Qian wanted to call him home, but when the cub heard that the doctor and the others were going to have a meal together later, the little guy decisively got up and sat in Long Yinian's arms, as if he were one of them.

"Dad, you go back now. I'll come back after I eat."

Even at this age, the cubs already have the demeanor of little adults.

Long Qian, who was originally the one who isolated everyone, now finally feels that he is the one who is isolated by everyone.

Long Qian fell silent. He wanted to stay by the cub's side, but he didn't know how to speak to his comrades whom he had abandoned.

"Dad, do you want to eat something delicious too?"

The cub suddenly reached out and grabbed his hand, asking.

Long Qian raised his head, and as soon as their eyes met, the cub took it upon itself to raise its head and nuzzle Long Yinian's chin with the top of its head:

"Please take Dad with you, okay? Dad is all alone at home, he'll starve to death."

It's as if a lonely old father is being carried away by a young ox.

Looking at the little one so affectionately sidling with him, how could Long Yinian possibly disagree? He nodded and looked at Long Qian:

"Boss, Zai Zai has already spoken up for you, so you should hurry up and accept the offer."

Upon hearing this, Long Qian could only walk up to the doctor and say one thing to her:

"Feel sorry."
