Chapter 740: Disappointing
Shen Xiao and Shen Yong are at home only on this day every month. They come back the night before and go back to the army the next afternoon. Tonight's meal is a true reunion dinner.
As the sun was about to set, Shen Yong's loud voice announced his return.
"Mom, aunt, third aunt, and sixth sister, I'm back!" Shen Yong rushed into the yard with sweat on his forehead and called everyone in the family.
Lin poked her head out of the kitchen, glared at him and said angrily, "Can't you be more low-key? Just let our family know you're back. What? Do you want everyone in the yard to come and greet you?"
Shen Yong used to talk back, but now he doesn't. He just smiled at her and said, "Mom, how are you doing recently?"
