Liu Haizhong pondered for a moment, then stepped forward.
"Old Yi, I think what you said is wrong."
Liu Haizhong, maintaining an air of superiority, surveyed his surroundings before fixing his gaze on Yi Zhonghai. "Shazhu is still shirtless. Are you blind or something?"
"As the old man in charge of the compound, you should have the awareness to put yourself in other people's shoes. If you were Dongxu, and you saw an old lady applying medicine to a shirtless man, a man and a woman in the same room, wouldn't you be green with envy?"
Liu Haizhong glanced at Wang Dabao out of the corner of his eye, and Wang Dabao immediately gave him a thumbs up, expressing his high praise.
"Liu Haizhong, what do you mean by that?"
Yi Zhonghai frowned, trying to interrupt Liu Haizhong, "Didn't I just explain? I was the one who applied the medicine to the pillar before, but the old lady called me away, so Huai Ru helped apply the medicine."

"Xu Damao, shut up!" Yi Zhonghai couldn't stand it anymore. "Don't spout nonsense about things that aren't true."
"Yi Zhonghai, what kind of man are you? How could you let a married woman apply medicine to a bachelor? How could you even think of such a thing?" Liu Haizhong immediately stepped in, standing between Yi Zhonghai and Xu Damao. "Besides, Qin Huairu is your apprentice's wife. How could you do such a thing?!"
"Liu Haizhong, don't make things worse. It's just applying medicine, how did it become such a filthy thing in your mouths?"
Yi Zhonghai was truly panicked. If he had to choose between Sha Zhu and Jia Dongxu, he would abandon Sha Zhu without hesitation, after all, he had invested too much effort in Jia Dongxu.
But looking at Jia Dongxu's expression, he didn't believe him and Sha Zhu's words at all, but he believed Liu Haizhong and Xu Damao's words without a doubt.
“Dongxu, I am your master. Don’t believe them. It wasn’t like you think at all.”
Yi Zhonghai quickly stepped forward and helped Jia Dongxu up from the ground. "When I heard the old lady shouting, I thought something urgent had happened, so I rushed over to check and gave the medicine in my hand to Huairu. It wasn't as complicated as they said."
Jia Dongxu took a deep breath: "Master, I believe you, but I don't believe Sha Zhu."
Yi Zhonghai's heart skipped a beat. He knew it was his oversight that he had left Sha Zhu and Qin Huairu alone.
