[First, there was an elderly man, so old that his face and features were almost unrecognizable. He smiled and began his opening remarks: "If my descendants are filial enough, it should be less than three minutes before I leave."]
Next came a series of video silhouettes.
[First, there was the young Han Tun, whose face occupied most of the magical projection: "I've time-traveled! I've actually time-traveled to 400 years ago! Now please call me Han Time Traveler... Han Chuan... Holy crap! Han Chuan, I've become my own ancestor!?"]
Huo Yang laughed, engaging in a dialogue across time and space with him: "You became your ancestor, not your dick."
The video transitions through segments, each scene symbolizing a moment in history.
"Tomorrow is the Battle of Baid, and I refuse to believe that dog of an officer won't believe me!" Han Tun said through gritted teeth in the video, fixing his hair.
"Yang-ge, didn't you say you were going to sleep with my ancestors for 18 generations the other day?" Han Tun said, beaming. "I've calculated it; you'll have to call me great-grandfather!"
"Today is my 26th birthday, and I'm still going to live to be 150!"
"I never imagined this little girl would be my future wife." A girl of about eight or nine years old blinked and looked over.
She greeted him sweetly, "Hello, Brother Huo."
Han Tun had a long face, and you could clearly see he had lost weight: "I roughly know who set those family rules of that Gou Cao clan... otherwise, if the descendants were unfilial, this image of mine wouldn't have reached you."
In the video, he gradually matures and ages.
"She's dead," the old woman wept, covering her face. "But she never knew until her death that I came from the future... more than three hundred years before the era I returned to!"
"You will be born in 250 years; I will die in 25 years."
"Yang-ge, that was the last time we'd see each other."
The final video shows the elderly man peacefully closing his eyes in his wheelchair, and the film ends there.
But then a bunch of videos popped up... a dazzling array of bizarre and colorful videos, all old stuff, selected by Han Chuzu hundreds of years ago.
Huo Yang didn't even glance at the videos, tears streaming down his face as he gritted his teeth and said, "I'll curse your ancestors for twenty-eight generations... Han Tun!"
He didn't notice that if the video numbers were arranged in order, a simple decryption would reveal a clue.
That was a warning given to him by a friend who had passed away four hundred years ago.

You've been targeted by those behind the scenes, so run away quickly!
The farther you escape, the better. Ideally, you should escape from human-controlled territory and avoid being killed by those who claim to be "saving the world"!
Get out of Purple Wind City quickly! The Dean isn't trustworthy either!
Unfortunately, Han Tun was already very old and wise when he devised this puzzle... but Huo Yang couldn't see it!
It's okay if you can't tell.
East of Purple Wind City, a meteor streaked across the sky, emitting a deafening roar.
The white-robed man who had previously appeared in the dean's office roared and fled.
"It's just a mere magical substitute. Is the guy hiding in the city Haoyue or Lieyang?!"
Or perhaps a deity who was burned to ashes in a single breath of fire, according to legend?

The moon shines brightly, its light illuminating the ground like frost.
Huo Yang opened the door, revealing a warm smile on the face of the boy in the wheelchair.
"Brother, you're back?"

(Many words, I'm sure many people can guess what this short story is about, since it's already been hinted at earlier in the story. But there are a few things that won't be so easy to guess... Anyway, I still need to add some details to the side story. I'll post it when I have enough. I'll continue posting the main story tomorrow. (ˉ﹃ˉ?))
