Chapter 142 Little Painter

Wei Qiao's comments were very sharp, and her laughter was so loud that it hurt Wen He's eyes.

He thought to himself, isn't this quite unique?

Who says a snowman has to look good? The snowman he builds is just different from everyone else's.

What do you call this? You call it being unconventional!

Hmph, what an ungrateful fellow.

"You think so too, right? Hahahaha, what he piled up is really hilarious." Cheng Yudie also joined Wei Qiao in laughing heartlessly.

"You even bought clothes for Little Yellow? They're so cute!"

Upon hearing Wei Qiao's voice, Xiao Huang happily walked towards Cheng Yudie's phone and proudly raised her head.

It seemed to be telling Wei Qiao, "Isn't the dress my master bought me really nice?"

“Every time Xiao Huang takes a step, a plum blossom appears on the ground,” Wei Qiao exclaimed in surprise.

"Really, you know what? It's actually quite beautiful. Little Huang is a natural-born artist!"

Cheng Yudie also noticed the row of plum blossom prints following behind Xiao Huang.

"Woof! Woof!"

Seemingly recognizing Cheng Yudie's praise, it jumped up happily and pounced on Cheng Yudie.

"Alright, alright, my good little painter." She stroked Little Yellow's head.

"Hey, how about I take a picture of you guys to commemorate your first time playing in the snow?" Wei Qiao suggested.

"How are you going to take our picture?" Cheng Yudie asked.

"You don't understand. When you video-called me, my phone was recording the whole time. These were all beautiful moments, of course I had to record them."

"So what should we do?"

"Just find a background, then place your phone in a position where you're all in the frame, and stay there for a few seconds. I'll extract the photos directly from the video in a bit."

Hearing Wei Qiao's words, the others followed her instructions and took a picture with the ugly snowman as the background.

Moreover, they did several different sets of movements.

There was Cheng Yudie holding a little snow dog in her hands, and Xiao Huang sitting there upright.

Wen He, however, maintained the same expression and gesture throughout, making a peace sign – a very ancient way of taking photos.

“Smile, otherwise you’ll look blank,” Cheng Yudie said.

"I'm actually quite happy, but I'm just a little afraid of having my picture taken." Wen He scratched her head sheepishly.

He has a natural fear of being in front of the camera.

Of course, as long as you don't tell him you want to take pictures, it's fine.

He's not very good at appearing on camera like this.

"Let's make a heart shape with our hands, I'll teach you."

Cheng Yudie roughly understood Wen He's mindset, so she took the initiative to ask Wen He to take some different photos.

When Wen He learned how to make a heart shape with his hands, he stopped again: "This...this isn't quite right..."

"What's wrong with this? Come on, come on."

Cheng Yudie didn't care what Wen He said.

Anyway, I dragged him along to take some photos that didn't make him look so awkward.

"She's deliberately keeping her distance because she's worried I won't be able to find a boyfriend in the future, and she's still so clueless," Cheng Yudie muttered to herself as she went to get her phone.

Cheng Yudie had long seen through Wen He's little schemes.

Ever since Wen He showed her face, whenever they went out together, Wen He always deliberately kept a relatively safe distance from her.

Even when Cheng Yudie took the initiative to hold his hand, he would find a way to break free.

This behavior disappears immediately once you get home.

She no longer resisted holding hands; in fact, she seemed to enjoy it.

…………

…………

This trip was much more fun than they had imagined, but happy times are always short-lived.

A week passed quickly.

During this period, they ate a series of classic Northeastern dishes, including frozen pears, sweet and sour pork, iron pot stew, pork stew, stir-fried potatoes, eggplant, green peppers, and garlic blood sausage.

We also watched fireworks together and took some beautiful photos under the fireworks.

I also tried ice skating on the lake.

And the unique icy fairytale world of Xuexiang.

They also skied at the Yabuli Resort.

Central Street is unbelievably beautiful at dusk.

On their way home, they gazed longingly at the snow-covered landscape and decided they would come back to enjoy it again next time.

After recording the last episode of "The Coming One" tomorrow, Wen He's medication will soon wear off.

They'll go to Shanghai for another injection of the special medicine, and then embark on a wonderful travel trip for the next month.

"Oh no, it's raining, Xiao Huang will definitely get wet. I'll give Xiao Huang a warm bath when we get home."

After getting off the plane, seeing the gloomy, rainy day, Cheng Yudie said this.

Because we often walk Xiaohuang, insects inevitably get into his fur when he's outside.

They also have a dog dryer at home, so washing the dog isn't a hassle.

"Woof!" Little Yellow doesn't hate taking a bath at all.

It even seems to enjoy the feeling of soaking in hot water.

After leaving the airport, they took a taxi directly back to the entrance of their residential compound.

"We're home!"

Wen He experienced the charm of travel and had a great time this time.

They were a little reluctant to leave when they first boarded the plane to go home.

When I finally saw home, I felt so glad to be back.

After unloading their luggage, they walked together towards home.

Little Huang ran in the lead, completely soaked by the rain.

I don't know if it was because it was cold, or if it wanted to go home quickly and take a hot bath, but anyway, it seemed quite happy.
