Officer Chen didn't know who was calling.
He had initially intended not to answer the phone, but Shi Zhan reminded him.
"Take it, it might be good news!"
Officer Chen hesitated for a moment, but ultimately pressed the answer button.
"Hello, is this Chen Minsheng?"
