Wu Youyou and her friends took a taxi back to school with Shi Zhan. On the way back, Wu Youyou noticed that Shi Zhan hadn't said anything, so she just chatted with Liu Xiaolan for a bit.
Shi Zhan didn't leave until he escorted Wu Youyou and Liu Xiaolan to the girls' dormitory building.
Shi Zhan looked at Liu Xiaolan with a cold gaze, which sent a chill down Liu Xiaolan's spine. She shivered, but she completely ignored Shi Zhan and remained standing next to Wu Youyou, showing a complete lack of tact.
"Youyou, the dorms are about to close, let's hurry back!"
"Okay!"
Wu Youyou answered, preparing to leave with Liu Xiaolan. Shi Zhan frowned and said coldly to Liu Xiaolan.
"Go back immediately!"
Seeing Shi Zhan's murderous look, Liu Xiaolan suddenly realized that she was a 10,000-watt third wheel, capable of illuminating the entire school.

Shi Zhan looked at her calmly.
“Youyou, think about it carefully. I will help you find out the truth about these things. Everyone in the world has a motive for doing anything. What is their motive? You must figure it out.”
After Shi Zhan's reminder, Wu Youyou realized how important this matter was. It seemed that she had never really understood Shen Yi and He Qiangwei. In her previous life, she had always taken their 'goodness' for granted, and she seemed to know very little about them.
