At this point, Wu Youyou could only take Shi Zhan and Tang Chuxuan upstairs. If they fell out here, she would have no future in the film and television industry.
Wu Youyou nodded slightly to Shan Tianen.
"Keep the music going!"
Dan Tianen's voice rang out in the air, and the music started playing. The group then began to dance again.
Dan Tianen turned around and went upstairs.

According to Shan Tianen's investigation, Shi Zhan and Wu Youyou went to the same school and developed feelings for each other. He even offended his father for Wu Youyou's sake. With such obvious affection, how could anyone not find out?
How could someone like Tang Chuxuan do that?
When questioned by Shan Tianen, Wu Youyou immediately denied it.
"Isn't it simple? Tang Shao is Shi Zhan's cousin, so Shi Zhan must have asked Tang Shao for help. You can't blame them. I came here without telling them, so it's all a misunderstanding."
Tang Chuxuan didn't want Wu Youyou to misunderstand him like this. He could at worst admit that he liked her, but he couldn't let someone else benefit from his actions.

If Tang Chuxuan still doesn't admit that he likes Wu Youyou at this point, then all his grand gestures are just to serve as a foil for Shi Zhan.
He couldn't live with the pride of being a man.
“Youyou, I know what I’m saying. I like you, and it has nothing to do with anyone else. My feelings for you will be unwavering, and I will never burden you. I like you, and no one will stop you. Dan Tianen's smile widened, and he looked gently at Wu Youyou.
"Miss Wu, shall I send someone to take you back, or would you like to choose one of them to go back with?"
Before Wu Youyou could react, Shi Zhan spoke up.
"Youyou, come with me!"
The words "Come with me" felt like something was tearing Wu Youyou's heart apart, causing her so much pain that she could hardly breathe.
Instantly, her eyes reddened.
"Shi Zhan, thank you for picking me up tonight, but I won't go with you!"
