14. Chapter 14 14 There’s a way!

Chapter 14 14. There is a way!

Huai Yu dragged the large, forked branches directly out of the woods, and the vine net with holes big enough for people to get through scooped up a full bag of pine needles and leaves.

The sun had already set, and she hurriedly dragged all of them to the edge of the tree house, one trip at a time. Then, without bothering to tidy up, she quickly used blue bricks to form a simple square in the center of the tree house near the door.

The dead leaves were put in, accompanied by the sound of a lighter "click". Huai Yu stared at the flame and suddenly felt inexplicably dazed.

At the same time, there is also an inexplicable sense of security.

After a pause, she ignited the dead leaves, then took the thin branches beside her and broke them one by one, slowly lighting the fire.

In the twilight, the orange firelight illuminated her face, a mixture of fatigue and satisfaction, reflecting the peaceful expression on her face.

The tree house is just over two meters high and cannot prevent the heat from rising. But fortunately, it is spacious enough and the fire is not that big, so it is still worry-free for short-term use.

Huaiyu walked out of the door, took branches and leaves, and dug a hole in the distance to solve the problem of the cycle of grains.

I was reluctant to use toilet paper, I only had two rolls, what if I encountered a critical moment next? Good steel should be used on the blade, and good paper should be used during menstruation.

Moreover, thanks to the nutrient solution, because it is a viscous liquid and she is constantly sweating and working, she does not have to go to the toilet several times a day.

After she walked for a few more minutes to wash her hands in the pond and came back, she could only see the vague outline of her tree house from a distance, but there was no light coming through it.

Huaiyu was a little stunned.

This tarpaulin is said to be lightweight, but it is actually very heavy. She always thought that the defense army did not have anything lighter.

But now it seems that this waterproof tarpaulin, because of its thickness, can actually block out light.

She had never thought about it before, but being out in the wild in the dead of night without being spotted by firelight was actually a great guarantee of safety.

When she walked around the back and entered the house through the door, a gust of wind blew by, and sparks from the "brazier" surrounded by blue bricks flew towards the haystack farther away.

Although the distance is far enough to the air, the slightest risk of burning is dangerous enough.

Huaiyu: ...

Well, you can’t leave hay like this anymore!

She looked at the water that had been purified by the purification tablets and the thick sediment at the bottom. She then unscrewed the mineral water bucket next to her, tilted the big red bucket, and carefully poured the purified water into it.

It's getting a little late.

But water was needed tonight, so Huaiyu went out again with the red bucket. He took some effort to clean the sediment at the bottom, and then brought back half a bucket of water.

The firelight was dancing, and the entire tree house was bright enough, which was much better than the situation she had been forced to close her eyes at dark in the past few days.

There were still a few blue bricks left, so she simply used them to build a small table and carefully placed the toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. she had obtained today on it.

As for the two precious rolls of toilet paper and sanitary napkins, they were naturally placed on the blue bricks at the head of his bed, and the C position was obvious.

After all this trouble, when Huaiyu added firewood to the fire again, he felt that today's nutrient solution had become delicious.

And after filling her stomach, the first thing she does is brush her teeth!

The water in the plastic mineral water bucket was carefully poured onto the lid, and the new hard-bristled toothbrush was unpacked... After brushing his teeth carefully and repeatedly twice, Huaiyu finally laughed happily!

Who knows! The refreshing feeling in the mouth is so wonderful! She found a dry branch and placed it on the frame, with the height and position just to the side of the fire, and then took off her clothes.

A short windbreaker with big holes on the sleeves, and the collar and front seemed to have been torn apart by someone, and it was so dirty that the original color couldn’t be seen. Uh... uh... Huaiyu couldn’t tell what material it was made of, but it was probably not a very expensive one, right?

It is wide and spacious, and the publication type is quite ordinary.

Huaiyu took it off and threw it directly into the bucket.

Then comes the inner layer - a white T-shirt that is no longer white, not elastic but relatively thick.

It was quiet in the tree house. Even though there was no door yet, the heat from the fire was already beginning to radiate.

She put the clothes in the bucket and rubbed them patiently. Since there was nothing else, she had to rub them patiently on the blue bricks.

Water trickled down from the raised bricks and soon flowed into the soil through the cracks. After the mud and plaster on the two shirts were symbolically scrubbed, they were hung on a rack next to the fire to dry.

Afterwards, Huaiyu took off his jeans, the color of which could no longer be identified.

Tsk, it was all muddy, so I had to take the water in the bucket outside to pour it out. Then I used purified water twice to rinse it clean.

Huaiyu did not change her underwear immediately. Instead, she sat down with a bundle of hay in her arms and slowly braided her hair in the heat and light of the fire.

She tried to make a straw rope, but it just fell apart.

She also tried to weave the curtains, but they also fell apart.

After thinking about it, I probably only have the skill of braiding a pigtail. Now I can only use this stupid method, braiding it bit by bit.

The hay was not flexible enough and was much less soft than straw and wick. She had to control the strength so as not to break the stems.

There is no mistake in the poem, post, content, and read the book on 6, 9, and bar!

Fortunately, the overall difficulty was not high. When she raised her stiff neck again, an uneven and roughly worked "door" had been woven.

Huaiyu measured the size of the extended doorway, and finally threaded it onto the branch with satisfaction, and then clipped it onto the bracket beside the door.

Finally there is a door! The room instantly feels safer.

At the same time, the night wind was blocked outside the door, and the temperature in the room began to rise rapidly.

Huaiyu laughed happily, and after thinking for a while, out of a girl's natural safety considerations, she also passed a thin rattan stick through each side of the door, and then hung it on the protruding branches on both sides of the door.

Although it doesn't have much defensive power, but... it's better than nothing.

Wow! After walking around in the enclosed space, she added more firewood to the fire and sighed again: With the light, I feel like I have so much more time! She was very energetic and didn't feel tired at all. Instead, she took out her new snow-white towel, dipped it in the purified water poured from the bucket, wiped her body carefully, and changed into new underwear.

Then wipe the sleeping bag again.

After the last bit of water was poured out after washing the underwear, Huaiyu stretched his body vigorously.

She is really amazing!

But the work is not over yet.

Huaiyu sat on the bed, listening to the sound of water dripping on wet clothes beside the fire, and started braiding her hair again.

Tomorrow's task is -

Go into the mountains! Find materials and food!

She wanted to build a small shed and toilet as soon as possible before the heavy rain came!

Update is here! An important point for outdoor survival is that it is best not to let light through the tent (from the popular science of survival bloggers).

As for why the discontinued book can be written... Of course it's because this book only needs one update so I can keep recommending it before it goes on sale!!!

The pain of updating once and updating twice is different!

(Whisper, when I started writing a new book, the editor told me that I could write as much as I wanted every day, which meant that I could finish the book with 2,000 words. That’s why I started writing it. I even marked the slow update in the introduction.) I didn’t expect it…
