Under Qi Bin's pitiful gaze, Qi Chunyi finished a large bowl of noodles. At the end, she cooked two poached eggs, but one was left. She knocked on the side of the bowl and turned to ask Qi Bin, "There's one poached egg left. Do you want some?"
Qi Bin nodded immediately: "Eat."
Qi Chunyi made a request: "Then wash the pots and bowls later."
"Okay." Qi Bin agreed without hesitation.
So Qi Chunyu put down his chopsticks and pushed the bowl, chopsticks, and the remaining fried egg in it in front of Qi Bin.
Qi Bin didn't mind that her chopsticks were dirty after use, and he simply picked up the fried egg with the chopsticks and put it into his mouth.
After Qi Chunyu finished his meal, he went back to the inner room and lay down on the bed.
After working tirelessly in the Great Northern Wilderness for a whole day, Qi Chun was still busy when he got home. He only had a good night's sleep last night and had not recovered from his fatigue at all. He still felt very tired.
She locked the door as usual and slept until noon, when she was woken up by the noise outside.
She lay on the bed without moving, and after listening carefully for a while, she realized that it was her mother scolding her.
It turned out that her mother came home from get off work and went into the kitchen to cook when she found that the small lock on the cupboard had been smashed open and there were two egg shells in the trash can. She guessed that it was her who did it, so she walked outside and started scolding her.
Qi Chunqi turned over and pretended not to hear.
Qi's mother scolded him for a while, but when she got no response, she stopped. The next day, Qi Chun heard her calling for dinner.
Qi Chunqi had just had breakfast at ten o'clock, so he wasn't hungry at all and just covered his head and continued to sleep.
I slept until mid-afternoon, and when I felt hungry, I opened the door and went out to look for food.
However, Qi's mother had her house robbed once, and she learned her lesson, so she no longer put food and eggs in the cupboard.
Qi Chunyu searched the house in vain for the flour bag, and she didn't know where her mother had hidden the eggs. Finally, she found a hard mixed flour steamed bun that could be used as a brick in the drawer of the main room.
This thing was so hard that it could knock out your teeth. Qi Chun couldn't help but bite it. He took a look at it and threw it away.
She went back to the inner room to continue sleeping. She waited until Qi's mother came home from get off work and prepared dinner. Then she opened the door of the inner room, sat down without saying a word, and started eating.
Qi's mother was furious. She slammed the table and stood up: "Aren't you tough? Don't you hide in the room and ignore people? Then why did you come out to eat the food I cooked?"
Qi Chunyi didn't say anything either, just picked up his chopsticks and started eating.
"Shut up! Don't eat the food I cook!" Qi's mother angrily reached out and grabbed her father's arm.
Qi Chunyu refused to be outdone and said, "I'll eat it and make you mad!"
The mother and daughter had a disagreement and started arguing again.
From then on, the Qi family had a small quarrel every day, a big quarrel every two days, and a fight every three days. The quarrels alarmed the neighborhood residents, who sent people to the house to mediate several times.
However, one of the mother and daughter wanted the money, while the other did not want to pay it back, and both of them refused to give in, so the mediation could not be completed.
Qi Chun-yi's fighting power increased significantly because he no longer held unrealistic expectations for his family. Conversely, Qi's mother, persuaded by Qi's father, felt it would be more cost-effective to brainwash Qi Chun-yi into thinking he was the hardworking and uncomplaining villain he once was, which resulted in her being outmatched in the duel.
Time passed in the noisy family life.
Until the night before Qi Chunqi was about to leave the capital, Qi's mother finally couldn't hold it in any longer and bowed her head to her, "Silly girl, I'm wrong this time. I apologize to you. Are you satisfied?"
Qi's mother cried, holding her hand and saying to her, "Why are you so stubborn? You are my biological child, so what if you give in to me?"
