The bed next to him was empty; He Tingjun was no longer there.
Yun Qiao propped himself up and got out of bed. Just as he was about to go out to take a look, he heard the voices of He Tingjun and Qin Zheng talking outside.
"Have you sent your sister-in-law's family away?"

"Did you go to deliver it?" He Tingjun asked him.
Qin Zheng nodded: "Yes, I gave it to you."
"You're driving drunk?"
"I'm not drunk." Qin Zheng smiled, a sly glint in his eyes, and said, "The wine I drank was mixed with a lot of water beforehand. There's only about 20 grams of wine in the bottle. The rest is just water. It's not intoxicating at all."

Yun Qiao slept all afternoon and wanted to go to the bathroom, so He Tingjun accompanied her.
Feng Juan was busy cooking in the kitchen. She called out to Qin Zheng, waited for him to come over, and asked him, "Why are you here alone? Jing Wan isn't here?"
Qin Zheng explained, "We just got married, and there are so many things at home, and they're messy and we haven't tidied them up yet. Jingwan is sorting them out at home."
"Will you come here for dinner tonight? If so, I'll add two more dishes." Feng Juan asked.
"No need. From today on, Jingwan and I will cook separately. You can focus on taking care of Yunqiao. It will be too much work for you to take care of us."
Qin Zheng said, pulling out a wallet from his pocket and gently placing it on the stove in front of Feng Juan. He said, "I'm here to give you some money. I'll pay for the wedding banquet myself, so you don't have to spend any money."
