Chapter 654: Clinic Opening (2/2)

Feng Juan rode her tricycle around from the back door and was surprised to see a young girl standing at the door of the clinic.

She heard Yun Qiao say that they had hired a nurse and that she would start work today. However, it was only 7:30, and there was still half an hour before the start time. She didn't dare to recognize her, fearing that she had recognized the wrong person, so she asked, "Miss? Who are you looking for? This clinic hasn't officially opened yet."

Lin Yue replied: "Auntie, I'm not looking for anyone, I'm here to work."

Feng Juan said "Oh" and smiled, "You must be Lin Yue, right? I'm your doctor Qin's mother. You can just call me Aunt Feng. My office doesn't start until 8 o'clock, so why are you here so early?"

As she spoke, she got off the tricycle, fished the front door key from her pocket, and went to open the door for her: "You don't have to come so early next time. Ten minutes early, around 7:50."

"It's my first day at work, and I'm not familiar with the roads. I was worried about being late, so I came a little early." Lin Yue smiled at her shyly, "I'm sorry, Aunt Feng, for causing you trouble."

"It's okay." Feng Juan opened the door and called upstairs: "Yun Qiao, Yun Qiao, Lin Yue is here for work, please come down."

Yun Qiao responded from upstairs: "Right away."

Feng Juan hummed, then turned to Lin Yue and said, "Please sit down and wait for a moment. I have to take the kids to school."

Lin Yue nodded: "Okay Aunt Feng, you go ahead and do your thing. I'll be fine waiting by myself."

"Then I'll leave." Feng Juan turned and left.

Lin Yue stood alone in the lobby of the clinic. She didn't dare to walk around, so she sat on the bench in the lobby, raised her head and looked around, observing and familiarizing herself with the environment where she would be working for a long time.

Yun Qiao didn't let her wait too long. He packed up his things and came downstairs.

Lin Yue heard footsteps coming down the stairs. She looked in the direction of the sound and saw Dr. Qin coming down the stairs. He smiled and asked her, "Have you been waiting for a long time?"

Lin Yue shook her head: "No, it was just a few minutes ago."

Yun Qiao went downstairs, took off the white coat hanging on the wall and put it on. Then he walked into the lounge at the back and took out two white coats of similar style to his own and handed them to Lin Yue: "Work clothes."

Lin Yue said: "Shall we change now?"

Yun Qiao shook his head: "No, I'm wearing them because I need to organize the Chinese medicine cabinet. Your job these days is to keep the store clean, so you can take these two clothes to be cleaned first and wear them after the official opening."

Lin Yue said, "Okay."

Perhaps because she had experienced real hardships in the countryside, Lin Yue was not as spoiled as the city kids. She was diligent and hardworking, and kept the clinic in order inside and out. She knew a lot about Chinese and Western medicines, and after finishing her own work, she would take the initiative to help Yun Qiao share his worries, organize the medicine cabinets, and tidy up the warehouse.

With Lin Yue's assistance, Yunqiao completed all the preparations before opening.

On September 16th, Yun Qiao's clinic officially opened.

Because the two storefronts of the clinic were formerly the location of the health center of the Qingfu Printing and Dyeing Factory, she did not give the clinic a new name. Instead, she used the name of the Qingfu Printing and Dyeing Factory and directly named it - Qingfu Clinic.

It is a kind of sentiment, and it can also make the surrounding neighbors feel close to this place, so that they can think of this place first when they need it.
