By the time Fang Qingyue was escorted back to the clinic by Shen Yuhan and Fang Chiyue, the sky had already begun to brighten. Morning light streamed through the window lattices, casting a soft glow throughout the room. Though pale, she managed to maintain a level of strength throughout the journey. However, the moment she entered the clinic, she felt as if all her strength had been drained from her.
Inside the clinic, medicine cabinets were neatly arranged, and the air was filled with a faint medicinal fragrance, as if reminding Fang Qingyue that she had returned to a familiar place, and her mind relaxed a little. However, just as she breathed a sigh of relief, Fang Qingyue felt dizzy, her body softened, and she fell backwards.
"Qingyue!" Shen Yuhan's face suddenly changed when he saw this. He immediately stepped forward and caught her body steadily. Fang Qingyue's head rested on his shoulder, her breathing was weak, and she had obviously fainted completely.
Although Fang Chiyue couldn't see, she immediately walked towards the source of the noise after hearing Fang Qingyue's movements. She groped with both hands and found the direction of her sister, her expression showing a bit of anxiety: "How is my sister?!"
Shen Yuhan said nothing, his brow furrowed as he picked up Fang Qingyue and carefully placed her on the bed. He leaned over to check on her, seeing her pale face and beads of sweat on her forehead. His eyes were suddenly filled with worry. He subconsciously wanted to call the doctor: "I'll go get the doctor—"
"No need!" Fang Chiyue suddenly reached out and grabbed Shen Yuhan's sleeve. Although her tone was hurried, it was firm. "Sir, my sister was just too nervous. This incident was too stressful for her, which caused her to faint."
