Soon after calming Xia's mother down, Xia's father, a learned man, couldn't help but ask, "Yixin, what's going on with those zombies? Are you human or not now?"
Xia Yixin knew that although she hadn't done biological research for five years, her parents still believed that the apocalyptic virus was still curable, but unfortunately they didn't have a platform to develop it.

She then suggested that her perfect fusion with the zombie virus might lead to the possibility of finding a vaccine from the serum.
The couple's eyes lit up; if antibodies could be isolated from serum, it would be a hope for all mankind.
However, Xia Yixin's next words quickly calmed them down.
“Even if we wanted to develop a cure for the apocalyptic virus, it wouldn’t be something that could be done overnight.
