Chapter 21 The Teachers' Little Pleasures

Chen Bing looked around the classroom and found only one middle-aged man sitting in a recliner, fast asleep and snoring.

Is this the kindergarten principal?

He looks like a suspicious person.

Out of a sense of responsibility, Chen Bing didn't wake him up. Instead, after confirming that no other teachers were present, she personally took Shang Yunmiao to the restroom.

"Come on, I'll take you to the restroom."

After hearing this, Shang Yunmiao sat up in bed, looked at her feet in white socks, and then at Chen Bing.

Can't you put on your own shoes?

Judging from her bewildered expression, the situation must be like this.

After sighing inwardly, Chen Bing helped her put on her shoes and then led her to the restroom.

At most, we'll take you this far.

Shang Yunmiao was clearly in a hurry to go to the restroom. As soon as she reached the door, she took small steps inside.

Given this little girl's personality, she probably wouldn't dare to go to the toilet even if she wanted to, let alone wet the bed.

So she had to hold it in, and if she hadn't noticed it by chance, she probably would have wet the bed in the end.

Chen Bing thought to herself silently, and it was quite a while before she saw her run out of the toilet.

Along with her came a heartbreaking sob.

"Waaaaah... There's no one inside... It's so dark... Waaaaah..."

Ugh, I'm crying again.

To prevent a passing teacher from misunderstanding and embarrassing Yueyue, Chen Bing quickly comforted the little crybaby.

After about two or three minutes, she finally stopped crying and obediently followed Chen Bing back to her sleeping place.

The suspicious middle-aged man was still fast asleep, and no one else in the classroom woke up.

After putting Shang Yunmiao back to her bed, Chen Bing went to the toy box and found a Rubik's Cube to solve.

About ten minutes later, the teacher who taught Chen Bing's class pushed open the classroom door and walked in.

She was slightly surprised when she saw the Rubik's Cube that Chen Bing had already solved, and then asked him, "Huh? Little Chen Bing, you weren't sleeping?"

"I got up and played for a while after waking up."

Chen Bing answered honestly.

"Oh, I see. Your mom's here to pick you up. Shall we go together with your teacher?"

"good."

Chen Bing responded quietly, put the Rubik's Cube back in its place, and then waited for the teacher to wake up a few more children before the group arrived at the school gate together.

Although it was still early before school ended, a few parents had already arrived at the gate.

Among them was the beautiful Ms. Liu Yue.

After talking to Liu Yue about her outstanding performance at school, the teacher entrusted herself to her.

After saying goodbye to the teacher, Liu Yue and her son chatted for a while.

"I never knew my Bingbao was so amazing."

"It's alright, just taking care of the kids."

"Haha, you're like a little adult. Do you want some roasted corn? Mommy will buy it for you." Liu Yue saw the roasted corn stall outside the kindergarten and asked Chen Bing.

"Never mind, Yueyue, I can buy it for you if you want to eat it."

"No respect for elders."

...

By the time Ms. Shang arrived at her daughter's kindergarten after finishing her third class, it was already past 5 p.m.

Most of the children had already been picked up by their parents, but fortunately, Shang Yunmiao was still sleeping peacefully.

When she was woken up by her teacher and led by the hand to her mother, the shy little girl, who had been afraid all day, finally dared to raise her head.

"Mother!"

The poor little deer hugged its mother's leg and rubbed its face against her affectionately.

"Sweetie, did you have a good day at kindergarten?"

"I was a little scared, but the teachers and classmates were all very nice." As Shang Yunmiao said this, the image of that very, very powerful boy came to mind.

She haltingly recounted the story about the boy to her mother, emphasizing how he had taken her to the restroom.

"Oh, I see. Did you properly thank them?"

Shang Yunmiao was stumped by her mother's question, and she answered shyly that she didn't.

"Then you should thank her properly tomorrow and learn from her."

"Okay... I understand, Mom."

Yunxuan rubbed her daughter's head and then led her home.

"By the way, what's the name of the kid who sits next to you?"

"Her name is Chen Bing."

"Your name is Bing? Isn't she a cool-looking girl?"

"It's cool, but he's a boy, Mom."

"Huh? A boy?"

...

After seeing the group of children off, Wang Yan stretched and returned to her office.

Because I still need to prepare things for tomorrow's class, I won't be able to leave work for a while longer.

Fortunately, she wasn't working alone; several of her good colleagues were also staying to work there.

These young female teachers can chat while they work, which is better than being alone.

"How are things, Sister Wang? Are this year's kids easy to manage?"

"How can you tell anything on the first day? I heard them crying from the second floor today."

"I wonder how many people will refuse to come tomorrow."

"I bet it will be at least this number."

Upon seeing Wang Yan enter, two female teachers who were quite familiar with her asked her questions out of curiosity.

"It's alright, isn't this how we always do it on the first day? I'm used to it." Wang Yan said nonchalantly, then pulled out a chair and sat down at her workstation.

“However, there is one well-behaved child.” Wang Yan thought about Chen Bing’s mature and reliable demeanor before speaking.

"Oh, well, there are some well-behaved children who don't make a fuss."

"Oh dear, it's not that simple. The child I was talking about, he..."

While making the drawing she would use in tomorrow's class, Wang Yan told her colleagues about Chen Bing's performance that day.

"Wow, that's amazing! You don't seem like a three-year-old at all."

"That's why you can't generalize about people, right?" As the teacher who taught Chen Bing's class, Wang Yan felt as proud as if her colleagues were praising her when she heard them praising Chen Bing.

"Speaking of which, didn't I just mention a girl in our class named Shang Yunmiao?"

"Is it the one you mentioned, the really introverted one?"

Wang Yan nodded after hearing this, then gave a mysterious smile.

Upon seeing her like this, the others knew what she was about to say. They exchanged glances and chuckled.

Then, a teacher who was closer to the door stood up and went outside to secretly peek into the corridor.

The principal wasn't there, and there was no one outside.

She closed the door tightly and then drew the curtains halfway closed.

"Tell me quickly, tell me quickly."

Everyone gathered around, ready to listen to Wang Yan talk about their little joys.

Seeing their expectant looks, she didn't keep them in suspense. After organizing her thoughts, she said, "It's quite a coincidence that the best-looking boy and girl in the class are these two very special kids."

Then, from the very beginning of assigning seats, I grouped them together, and I did the same during lunch and nap time.

"This is a good match, a good match. One is introverted and the other is extroverted, this pair is perfect, you must nurture them well."

A slightly younger teacher covered her mouth, a maternal smile on her face.

"And then, did they have any little interactions?"

"It's only the first day, it can't be that fast. But I noticed that the guys are quite proactive sometimes, and the girls also steal glances at the guys from time to time."

"That's settled then. Don't forget to take pictures later!"

Wang Yan gave an OK sign, and then went on to talk about the couples in other classes who were being brought together by their respective teachers.

They spent their work time happily slacking off, and when they came to their senses, they realized that they had gotten so engrossed in their conversation that quite a bit of time had passed.

There's no other way but to take the rest of the work home, or wait until tomorrow morning to finish it.

The teachers, still harboring their girlish dreams and unfinished work, quietly went home.

Come to think of it, we don't seem to have boyfriends yet...

well……

The night is long, and I wonder how many people will be secretly rubbing their nipples in bed tonight.

...

The next morning at eight o'clock, Chen Bing brought Liu Yue to the bilingual kindergarten he had been loyal to once again.

As soon as he arrived, he saw Teacher Wang Yan standing at the door, looking tired.

"Hello teacher, you look terrible. You should get some rest tonight."

His caring words were like a clear spring, nourishing Wang Yan's parched heart.

Yeah, so what if I don't have a boyfriend? At least I have a well-behaved and sensible child.

Don't worry, Bingbing, your teacher will definitely find you a pretty little girl.
