Mo Qing struggled desperately but couldn't break free. She was more like a sulking child, her anger seemingly contained within cotton. For a moment, she felt a sense of powerlessness throughout her body.
Shen Shaolin coaxed her with a beaming smile, spouting all sorts of nonsense. To others, they seemed like a pair of bickering lovers, one throwing a tantrum while the other smiled obsequiously. This scene brought both joy and comfort to the older generation.
Stepping into the elevator, Mo Qing gave a slight struggle and broke free from Shen Shaolin's arm, whereas she had been holding on so tightly in front of them just moments before.
Mo Qing had calmed down considerably, while Shen Shaolin had dropped his playful grin. He stood facing the elevator door, leaning back slightly, a smug smile playing on his lips.
Mo Qing rubbed her wrist, which was a little sore from his grip, her heart filled with anger, and asked in a harsh tone, "What do you mean by this?"
Just because he's Hanhan's friend doesn't mean he can make up stories. Who the hell is interested in him?
“Honey, look at your tone. How can you talk to your fiancé like that?” Shen Shaolin raised an eyebrow and looked at Mo Qing. Just seeing her angry, cat-like expression, as if she wanted to scratch him, amused him.
Unable to resist teasing her, he quipped, "Momo, I'm your official fiancé now, isn't this attitude a bit inappropriate?"
“I will not acknowledge this identity. I hope you can go back and explain it to Aunt Li.” Mo Qing rolled her eyes decisively and replied resolutely.
Have they no shame at all?
Who the hell is his fiancée?
"We can't discuss this any further. You know, being my fiancée won't necessarily be a bad thing for you." Shen Shaolin raised an eyebrow, his eyes full of amused teasing.
