This morning, I originally wanted to ask Ji Muhan if the rumors about the two of them in the Special Forces Brigade were true, but he seemed to completely ignore her, and before she could even speak, he simply ignored her.
He walked past her and strode away.
He used to always say a few words to her no matter what, but now he ignores her like she's not there. How can Hu Yan bear such a huge difference?
Especially during this period, rumors of their romantic affair during the exercises circulated constantly in the special operations brigade base. Compared to this, it was like having her heart ripped out with a knife. How could she not hate them?
If it weren't for saving face, she would have rushed up to Ji Muhan and loudly questioned her back in the cafeteria!
Why treat her like this?
Given his aloof and cold nature, why is there a girl by his side?
Isn't this a slap in the face to her?
"I don't understand what you're saying?"
Mo Qing frowned. The stinging pain in her hand made her shake off Hu Yan's grip without hesitation. Although Hu Yan looked harmless, that didn't mean she could be manipulated at will.
Especially considering that Mo Qing was coveting Ji Muhan, it was quite remarkable that she could do this.
Hu Yan gritted her teeth and said, word by word, "I don't believe you didn't sow discord between Ji Muhan and others. If you didn't, why would he just pretend he didn't see me and leave for no reason?"
Upon hearing this, Mo Qing blinked, her smile widening uncontrollably.
But it was this subconscious action that made Hu Yan certain that Mo Qing had done something.
Hu Yan glared at Mo Qing with a very unpleasant expression, taking things out of context and concluding that it was Mo Qing who said something about telling Ji Muhan to stay away from her.
Gritting his teeth, he said, "What else do you dare to say about yourself?"
"If Hanhan doesn't want to talk to you, what does that have to do with me?" Mo Qing shrugged innocently.
She thought that she must not know that Hanhan couldn't remember people, otherwise she wouldn't be acting so unreasonably in front of her.
That's right, at least in Mo Qing's eyes, Hu Yan was being unreasonable. This time, Mo Qing was really innocent; she hadn't said a word to Ji Muhan!
She had never met her before. Even if she wanted to have anything with Ji Muhan, she would definitely talk to him directly and openly. She would never stoop to using tactics like sowing discord.
Besides, given her relationship with Hanhan, there's no need for her to sow discord; after all, in Hanhan's eyes, she's just a dispensable stranger.
However, Hu Yan would never believe her words; she stubbornly believed that Mo Qing was the culprit.
She bit her lip, indignantly saying, "A girl like you, who has nothing to offer except her face, is not worthy of Ji Muhan at all."
However, sometimes, a woman's sixth sense is surprisingly accurate, and Hu Yan's guess was, to some extent, quite close to the truth.
Mo Qing disliked hearing such words the most. She suppressed her smile and said coldly, "What's wrong with you? If you have mental problems, I suggest you go to the hospital for a checkup. Don't just knock on other people's doors and take your anger out on innocent people. Nobody owes you anything."
She could tolerate her acting crazy, after all, this was Hanhan's unit, and she didn't want to cause him trouble, but she couldn't unconditionally tolerate all of her words. No one owed anyone anything.
Hu Yan naturally understood the deeper meaning behind Mo Qing's words and glared at her resentfully.
"How dare you call me a lunatic? What right do you have? You're nothing but a shameless slut."
In her view, Mo Qing was not yet an adult and was sleeping in the male dormitory. What was this if not shameless?
Mo Qing's eyes were slightly cold as she glanced at her indifferently. Hu Yan was immediately intimidated by the coldness in Mo Qing's eyes. For a moment, she even felt as if the girl in front of her was possessed by Ji Muhan. Her cold and ruthless eyes were like an invisible hand choking her neck, making her feel that she would suffocate in the next second, and she felt uncomfortable and fearful.
Mo Qing's eyes were cold. She deliberately lowered her voice, speaking slowly and deliberately, "Don't you think this is very unbecoming of you? You like to sing opera and be watched by people, but I don't. I hate it when people bite others without even knowing the facts!"
She saw Hu Yan biting her lip tightly, glaring at her hatefully, as if she wanted to pounce on her and devour her immediately. Suddenly, she smiled, a smile that was incredibly beautiful and radiant.
He maliciously poked at her wound, saying, "Actually, I feel quite sorry for you. After all, the most painful thing in this world is being ignored by the person you like."
“I don’t know if you’re mentally unstable or have lost your mind, but I think you should go to the hospital to get checked out. If you keep lingering here, I don’t mind having someone take you to the hospital.”
On the contrary, the more beautiful Mo Qing's smile was, the paler and more unsightly Hu Yan's face became.
Mo Qing couldn't help but sigh silently to herself, "Why do women have to make things difficult for each other?" She really didn't want to deal with these high-and-mighty rich girls.
But what can she do when others don't think the same way? They always seem to find these nonsensical things to say to her, all sorts of unpleasant things!
"Are you provoking me?" Hu Yan was furious, her originally pretty face turning into a hideous expression.
Mo Qing's silence was taken as tacit agreement by Hu Yan.
Her gaze towards Mo Qing grew increasingly filled with resentment and jealousy, each word dripping with viciousness and cruelty: "You're asking for death!"
Mo Qing narrowed her eyes, and the smile on her lips faded slightly. "Perhaps you can try and see who's courting death. Hmm?"
Threatening her, this feminist is really something, it makes me itchy to dissect her and see if she's really that bold.
