Chapter 311: Entangling Her

Chapter 311: Entangling Her

After Chu Runrun hung up the phone, she saw Ning Xuan's puzzled look.

"Your old classmate was badly cheated by Grandpa Turtle. So, do you want to go and show some concern for him?" Chu Runrun said with a smile.

Chu Ruanruan and Guigui were talking on speakerphone just now, and Ning Xuan could roughly tell what happened from their conversation.

Ning Xuan didn't care about what happened to Leia. He just felt that it was not worth it for Chu Runrun to waste his energy on her.

Ning Xuan put down his bowl and chopsticks, pulled Chu Ruanruan into his arms and said with a smile, "Are you jealous?"

Chu Ruanruan turned her head away proudly: "I'm not jealous, but she coveted me first, then coveted my things, and even wanted to harm me. If I don't teach her a lesson, she'll think I'm easy to bully!"

Ning Xuan chuckled and pinched Chu Ruanruan's nose: "Ruanruan, you're so cute when you're jealous!"

Chu Ruanruan's eyes widened in anger: "I said, I'm not jealous! With a girl like her, even a hundred people can't snatch you away from her."

"Yes, yes, let alone a hundred, even if there are a thousand or ten thousand, they are not as important as a strand of your hair in my eyes." Ning Xuan said lovingly.

Chu Runrun lowered her eyes shyly, and the smile on the corner of her mouth could not be hidden.

Ning Xuan kissed Chu Ruanruan on the cheek: "Let's eat!"

In the afternoon, Leah and Jason prepared to go home quickly.

She didn't want to stay in this place for even a minute. If she didn't have a plane ticket, she would have flown back to the United States as soon as she took off the bracelet.

Jason ordered food and ate it in the hotel room, but Leah had no appetite at all. She always felt a chill behind her, as if something was following her.

"Leah, eat something. The bracelet has been taken off. What are you still worried about?" Jason said helplessly.

Leia's eyes were red: "I...I don't know, I always feel that the bracelet is still here."

Jason was speechless: "If you don't want to eat, go pack up your things. We will leave soon."

Upon hearing this, Leah didn't refute and went to pack her things obediently.

Jason was eating lunch when suddenly, Leah's scream was heard in the room.

Jason immediately put down his chopsticks and ran in, only to see Leah fallen in the corner, and the jade bracelet lying next to her bag on the bed.

"Didn't you throw this bracelet away? How come it's here?" Jason asked in surprise.

Leah was so frightened that her face turned pale and she sat on the ground trembling.

"Leah, get up!"

Jason quickly helped Leah up.

"Jason, you...you help me throw it out. I don't want to see it. I really don't want to see it anymore!" Leah said excitedly.

Even though Jason had never seen the ghost that Leah was talking about, he couldn't help but feel a little scared at this moment.

"Leah, don't be afraid. I'll get your bag for you. We'll leave for the airport now."

As he spoke, Jason mustered up the courage to move step by step towards the bed.

The bracelet lay motionless on the bed, just like an ordinary bracelet.

Jason quickly grabbed Leah's bag and rushed out of the room with her.

"Let's go to the airport now and just wait until we get on the plane!"

Jason hurriedly checked out of the room and took Leah straight to the airport.

Along the way, Leah stared at her bag, afraid that the bracelet would appear on her hand again.

Finally, they arrived at the airport and Jason pulled Leah into the terminal.

The sun was high in the sky outside, but Leia still felt cold all over.

"Jason, I'm so scared!" Leah held Jason's hand tightly.

Jason frowned tightly: "Why did you fight with Chu Ruanruan for that bracelet? If you hadn't snatched the bracelet, there wouldn't have been so many problems!"

At this moment, even if Jason blamed Leah, he didn't dare to refute her and could only cry.

Jason was angry for a while, but then he softened his heart when he saw Leah's red eyes.

After all, Leah grew up with him, and they have some feelings for each other after so many years.

"Don't cry, the plane will take off soon, everything will be fine!" Jason comforted.

Leah clutched her bag tightly, her eyes flicking around warily.

After waiting for an hour, their flight finally started checking in.

Leah stood up and rushed over even faster than Jason.

The sky gradually darkened and the sunlight dimmed. The waiting at this moment was undoubtedly the most painful.

After a long and agonizing time, they boarded the plane.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the plane has started taxiing, please..."

The voice of the flight attendant came from the voice broadcast. Feeling that the plane was slowly taking off, Leia's nervous mood gradually relaxed.

"Leah, it's okay, get some sleep!" Jason comforted her.

"Yeah! Thank you, Jason!"

Leah relaxed in her chair and slowly closed her eyes.

Her nerves had been tense for a long time, and as soon as she closed her eyes, she fell into a deep sleep.

She didn't know how long she had slept before she was woken up by a familiar yet frightening voice.

"Give me your body!"

Leia saw Lando stretching her sharp nails towards her neck, and she couldn't even move.

“No! No!!”

Leah screamed and woke up from her sleep.

Because the sound was so loud, the passengers around her were scared.

When Leah opened her eyes, she saw a stewardess approaching.

"Miss, how can I help you?"

Leia looked around. She was on the plane and there was no Lando at all.

"Sorry, I had a nightmare!" said Leah.

"We have wet wipes here, would you like some?"

"No, I'm going to the bathroom." Leah said.

"Okay, the restroom is in front, please be careful and walk slowly!"

Leah dragged her weak legs to the bathroom to wash her face and wake up, but as soon as she reached out to the faucet, she saw that the bracelet was back on her hand.

"ah!!!"

A scream was heard from the bathroom and the flight attendants hurried over.

"Miss, what's wrong with you?" The flight attendant knocked on the door anxiously.

Leia inside looked at the bracelet on her wrist, and the fear in her eyes gradually turned into resentment.

"Go away! Get away!"

Leah frantically slammed her wrist against the wall, hitting it over and over again with almost all her strength.

Gradually, Leah's wrist was hit red, but the bracelet on it kept getting tighter and tighter until it stuck her wrist tightly.

"Miss, Miss, please open the door!"

The flight attendant was so anxious that she kept pulling the door, but Liya was already going crazy. She couldn't hear anything and just wanted to smash the bracelet.

Finally, the flight attendants heard a bang and the mirror inside seemed to be smashed.

"Hurry, get the key and open the door."

"good!"

When the flight attendant hurriedly got the key and opened the door, she saw Leah stabbing her wrist with a piece of mirror fragment.
