Bai Xiaoru didn't know whether to laugh or cry; tears were welling up in her eyes. "Who told you to beat him up?"
He only tickled her gently, not really hurting her. Bai Xiaoruo couldn't hide anywhere, so she could only hide in Xian Mingyu's arms.
"Ouch, don't touch me, my stomach hurts."
Upon hearing Bai Xiaoruo say that her stomach hurt, Xuan Mingyu immediately stopped what he was doing. "What's wrong? Where does it hurt? I'll take you to the hospital now."
He picked her up and was about to walk out of the room when Bai Xiaoruo grabbed his shirt and said, "No need to go to the hospital, I'm not in pain anymore."
"Is it really not painful anymore?" Xian Mingyu was still worried about her.
"It doesn't hurt anymore, really, I was just kidding you."
Xuan Mingyu was stunned for a moment, then didn't know whether to laugh or cry. He walked back to the bedside, sat down, and pulled her onto his lap. "Bai Xiaoruo, do you want to get beaten up?"
She looked at him with pitiful eyes, "I'm really ticklish, please don't tickle me."
He grabbed her fair, delicate face with both hands and pinched it hard. "You've gone astray. If you dare to lie to me about this again, I'll beat you up even if you're pregnant."
Bai Xiaoruo was unaware of her own physical condition, but Xian Mingyu knew it much better than her. The doctor said that the worst thing was for her to faint or bleed again, and that he had to take good care of her at all times to prevent any accidents from happening.
"Ouch, that hurts~"
He just pretended like that and fooled her, so now they're even.
"You know you were wrong, right? Let's see if you dare to do it again." He released her face and gently rubbed it.
I'll just give her a little lesson; I won't actually pinch her hard.
